Taking down carefully AC ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep, exhaust fan 300mm to 450mm sweep from their position complete for servicing such as removing dust and dirt from fan motor, washing blades with detergent powder including greasing to bearing, checking & replacing worn out screws with spring washers, rubber befit washers of fan blades, fan motor body, spilt pin/screw for fan down rod/check nuts as required for different makes of ceiling/exhaust fans to put fans to smooth and satisfactory working and refixing ceiling fan/exhaust fan after executing necessary servicing to their position connecting to electric system with suitable size of cable and testing, complete all as specified & directed. Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of ceiling fan, exhaust fan and wall mounting fan by scrubbing, cleaning with sand paper/wire brush etc making good surfaces and painting by applying two coats of synthetic enamelled first quality paint using spray gun in situ including filling cavities with filler and marking Srl No SM No / MES No with black paint, complete all as specified & directed.

Rewinding of AC ceiling fan, 230 volts, 50 Hz, 1200mm sweep of any make with appropriate gauge super enamelled copper winding wire including allied insulation material such as air drying insulation varnish, cotton tapes, lathered film paper, spacers, sleeves etc re-assembling at its position after repair, testing and commissioning, complete all as specified & directed. On-site Repair / Maintenance and Servicing of RO plants 150/250 Ltrs/Hours capacity by dismantling, checking all parts i.e. Pre-filter, granular activated carbon block filter, membrane, UV disinfection / filtration system, adaptor, pressure pump set, main pump motor, solenoid valve, flow controller, all gauges, filling of anti-scalent liquid, checking functioning of all type meters, electric wiring, contactors & relay, switches, valves and replacement of old unserviceable parts, checking of leakages of any part of plants and pipe line by new parts and pipe line including re-assembling the same as original and reinstalling at same place including re-connecting with the existing water supply system and testing at full capacity discharge of filtered water complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i). Spare parts required for replacement of the defective parts to make the RO Plant fully functional shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule as 'Supply only'.

(ii). The Contractor will ensure that all RO plants are functional throughout the contract period by detailing his technical team once in each quarter though out the contract period for servicing and maintenance. (iii). In the eventually of any RO plants not working after the last service and before the next service, the contractor will attend the complaint within 72 hours of intimation of the complaint through SMS / e-mail / WhatsApp message from JE (E/M) / AGE (E/M). The Visit charge due to any such complaint shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates against Serial item No 36 & 37 and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (iv). In case the Contractor fails to attend the complaint and does not make the plant serviceable within stipulated time frame of 72 hours, a Panel Recovery of `500.00 per day per plant will be deducted for each day of delay. (v). The Contractor may claim part payment for each quarter as per the work done. Contractor shall produces Job card duly indicating details of parts replaced duly signed by the User Rep, JE (E/M) & AGE (E/M).
