Construction of Additional Room and Lavatory at Naibat Office Tikri. (Prefabricated Structure) (under UT Capex Budget 2026-27) (2nd Call)

The foundation and plinth along with plinth beam shall be executed as per design approved and vetted by competent authority with minimum foundation depth 1200 mm and min.plinth height of 450 mm.

Super Structure Technical Specifications : i) Details of Structural Members. The steel structure for the shelters will be designed for the Designed Parameters. All structural steel will be ISI marked. The main columns, verandah rafters, trusses, purlins etc. will be made out of steel sections, MS plates, MS bolts / nuts. Wall Panels:- All walls shall be made of GI metal skin PUF panels using PPGI Sheets with PUF thickness of 60 mm. The PUF insulation material in the panel shall have fire retarding and self-extinguishing properties. Approval of colour of panels will be taken from Engineer-in-charge prior to supply at site. Other details of wall panels are as follows: - (a) All material required for the manufacture of shelter shall be new and shall comply with relevant Bureau of Indian Standard Specification. The tolerance in the panel thickness can only be on the plus side. The pre-coated GI sheet skin should have min. coating of 4.5-micron epoxy primer and 25-micron polyester top coat on the finished surface and 7-8-micron primer Alkyd Backer on backside, which is bounded to the polyurethane foam. PUF Panel Joining arrangement: The PUF panels shall have Tongue and groove type of joint formed on line on the forming machine integrated with PUF panel manufacture machine. The PUF Wall Panels will be of Make: LLYOD/MODERN PREFAB/JINDAL/ACME/BNAL/ACE PREFAB or Equivalent as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. The Bottom track will be fixed to the concrete platform at plinth level by suitable fasteners. One track shall be provided at the top of the panel.

(a) Columns: - Required numbers of main columns of SHS 100x100x4mm and ht.3.0m av. long column size. Each column shall have Base MS plate of size 250 x 250mmx10mm thick with 04 Nos hole of dia 18mm for fixing of 16mm dia 600mm long foundation bolts with nuts for fixing with RCC Beam foundation & top gusset plate of size 250 x 250mm 10mm thick with 04 Nos hole of dia 16 mm dia for fixing with truss by using 10mm dia bolt and nut 100mm long. The columns will be provided along shorter span of the structure at an equal interval c/c as per drg. The columns will be painted with 01 coat of red oxide primer Make: - TATA/SAIL/RINL/JINDAL or Equivalent as per the Directions of EIC

Trusses/Rafter and Purlins: Required numbers of Trusses made up of size RHS 61x122X2.9mm thick & Bracing RHS 60x40x2mm thick. The purlins made up of size RHS 80 x 40 x 2.60mm thick will be provided at spacing as per design/drawing/or as per the Directions of EIC. Each rafter/purlin shall be welded at both ends with 6.0 mm thick MS plate cleat with suitable drilled holes to enable joint with each other using suitable Nut & Bolt. The purlins and Trusses / Rafter will be painted with 01 coat of red oxide primer Make: - TATA/SAIL/RINL/JINDAL or Equivalent as per the Directions of EIC (8) (a) Roof : - The roof shall be in slope 1:4 approximately. The roofing shall be done with Pre-coated, pre-coloured, profiled sheet 0.50 mm thickness. These profile sheets are laid over a frame work of trusses, columns and purlins fixed using self-tapping screw with bitumen washers/washers (Roofing must be fully water-proof). Make: - TATA/SAIL/RINL/JINDAL or Equivalent as per the Directions of EIC (b) Ridge. Ridge shall be provided with 600mm wide and 0.50mm thick pre-coated, pre coloured plain sheet fixed with self-tapping screws. Make :- TATA/SAIL/RINL/JINDAL or Equivalent as per the Directions of EIC

Roof Projection. The Roof shall have minimum projection of 0.60m from the eaves wall and 0.30m from the gable walls. Purlins will also be provided on the roof at the eaves and at gable roof extension. False Ceiling: - PVC laminated colour Gypsum false ceiling panel size 595 x 595 mm x 9 mm thick with water proofing film on back side along with powder coated aluminium snap grid framework with suitable ‘T’ and ‘L’ section. The false ceiling panels are placed onto a suspended grid frame of size 600 x 600 mm made of Aluminium ‘L’ & ‘T’ sections of 0.60mm conforming to IS. The false ceiling grid is suspended from the roof framework with the help of galvanized wire of 3.0mm dia. MAKE: SAINT GOBAIN (GYPROC) or Equivalent as per the Directions of EIC.

Windows (02 no.s -size 4ft x 6ft as per requirement/drawing/design in Room.) and 01 no. Ventilators for toilets :- Aluminium profile sliding window with all fitments complete will be provided and fixed in position by the contractor as directed by EIC. The Window shutter will be of two leaves of which one shall be provided with moveable glazing of 5 mm glass and one leave will be provided with fixed fly proofing using stainless steel mesh of 1.5 mm aperture. 2 Nos Tower Bolts for each window pane and one handle for each window pane of 125mm Doors :- 2 no.s -size as per requirement/drawing/design)Main Door 3.5ft x 7.5 ft and Bathroom Door 3'3"x7.5 ft doors will be provided in each room/toilet and one for main entrance fixed in position by the contractor as directed by EIC. Door Shutter and Frame will be Provided with Suitable Gauge Powder Coated Aluminium Profile Sections.Door Shutters will be Provided with 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board (conforming to IS: 12823 Grade-I type-II) in panelling for lower portion of door and Glazing-5mm thick for upper portion of doors inclusive of all fittings etc. complete.The Doors shall be Provided with built in Locking system of make Godrej/Harrison or equivalent. Two number Aluminium Tower Bolt of 200mm size from inside and one Sliding bolt 300mm long and one bolt handle 150mm size to be provided on both in and outside of each shutter. All door Shutters shall be provided with hydraulic door closers.

Blinds: - Zebra Blinds for window sizes mentioned above. Before supply of material, sample should be approved by the EIC.

Bathroom: (a) The Bathroom shall include WC European Type of Hindware, Cera,Jaquar Make or equivalent Make, One wash basin with pedestal of Hindware Jaquar,Cera or equivalent make and Looking Mirror, The washbasin shall include one mixer ss one waste pipe grating pedestal connection pipes and angle valves, The WC shall include P trap waste pipe PVC Tank , The Bathroom will have two Short Body SS one Towel rod one soap dish holder one geyser will be provided for hot water The water tank will be placed on height on a stage made from MS angles and Sheet Stage and the water tank will be connected with 20mm or 25mm GI pipes where required all the pipes will be pressure tested for leakage, the waste pipes will be of the size 110mm and all necessary bends and collars are to be provided of Supreme Make or equivalent Make. SS Gratings shall be provided wherever necessary. Bathroom Flooring Shall include 300x300mm Ceramic Floor Tiles and 300x450mm on walls. A water motor pump of minimum 1 hp shall be installed to tank of approved make. Water tank capacity shall be 2000 Litres 3 Layered PVC of approved make.

Finishes - (A.) Flooring : - Vitrified Tile flooring , floor tiles of size 600 x 600 mm/ ceramic floor tile in laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) over 50 mm thick leveling course in PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate over 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) and ramming of bottom in layers by filling Sand/Cinder for maintaining level difference as per the Directions of EIC. Make: - KAJARIA/SOMANY/Johnson/Rak/Orient or Equivalent as per the Directions of EIC.
