Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance n.exc 100m, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge and thickness from roof coverings including ridges, hips, valleys and flashings, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring laid in alternate panel divided with glass strip including finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers (10mm thick in first layer and 5mm thick in second layer) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions in top layer and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on surfaces of ceiling in cement mortar (1:4) and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over one coat of priming paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing newly plastered surface of walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 Sqm), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self taping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding. 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed with white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 10mm thick bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scratch free light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 24 here-in before but size of each tiles exc 0.42 Sqm and n.exc 1 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles of light shade 10mm thick (Square or rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n.exc. 0.37 Sqm in skirting/dado etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or backing layer in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L water proofing treatment on RCC roof etc. comprising with the following operation and as specified herein below and all as directed:- (a) Taking down existing old tarfelt, bituminous compound including cleaning, picking, sweeping and washing down with water and brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg per Sqm & removing debris to a distance exc 100m & n.exc.250m. (b) 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured seperately) as per manufacturer instructions finished even & smooth. (c) Preparing & cleaning of fully dried cement plastered surface. (d) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 300 ml per sqm conforming IS-3384 (e) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on transverse direction and 75mm in longitudinal direction. (f) One coat of aluminium paint over the APP based membrane @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm

M&L for 50mm (Avg thickness) plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding to roof, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls with stack clamp every one mtr apart, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted surface of steel and iron of any description over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint first quality of approved colour by spraying including filling cavities with filler, after cleaning all dust etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slabs (for manholes,drain covers etc) and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar (1:4) including form work (reinforcement shall be paid seperately), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia., or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for detecting fault through cable fault detector by injecting suitable energy pulse to detect exact position of fault for XLPE, LTcable, 1100 volts grade heavy duty aluminium conductor any size including transporting chagres and clearing of rectification of fault of electric supply by removing of burnt out portion of cable, loop, etc including necessary earth work, complete all as specified and directed

M&L straight through joints (epoxy) cable joint kit including jointing materials for making joints of UG electric cable 1100 volt grade heavy duty with PVC/XLPE insulated aluminium conductor nominal cross sectional area 16 to 35 sqmm 3.5/4.0 core and testing on completion, complete all as specefied and directed.

The bar shall be colour coded (red, yellow and blue) for three phases and black for neutral, The chamber shall be fixed 60 cm above the normal ground level complete with PCC foundation (1:2:4 ) type B-1 and mounted on angle iron frame of size 50x50x6mm including earth work for fixing of bus bar chamber, complete all as specefied and directed.

M&L for removal of creepers by root from pole, junction box, panel, overhead line, transformer, LT Panel, fencing of sub stn etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, complete all as specefied and directed.

M&L hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specefied and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring & plinth protection etc surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specefied and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in hard standing etc surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specefied and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint to wall over one coat of priming coat, complete all as specefied and directed.

M&L danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick of size 20x15cm mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts or reveted into panel/equipments, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 55 here-in before but size 25 x 20cm, complete all as specefied and directed. Note: An amount of Rs.20052.00 on account of credit schedule for schedule 'A' part - II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
