Excavation in trenches and not exe. 1.5 m wide and not exe. 1.5 m in depth aying of cables , stay etc. not exe. 10 Sq. m on plan and not exe. 1.5 m depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed .at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spreding thickness and consolidated ( punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks of old size (standard size as per local availability) laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for point wiring for one socket outlet 15Amps on independent board with 4 Sqmm (noninal area) single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade including 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade as continuous earth wire in green colour to common earth and connected to earth dolly laid/drawn into and including PVC casing & caping with accessories fixed on surface of walls/ceiling by means of PVC sleeves/dash fasteners with cadmium plated screws, all as per IS, terminated in & including sunk type pressed steel terminal boxes concealed in wall for mounting fittings like switches, sockets, regulators etc with and including 3mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover, complete, all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix Switch socket combination flush type 2 in 1 , 3 pin 6 & 16 Amps n universal multipurpose complete all as directed.

S & F MCB single pole 6 to 32 Amps 240 volts, 10 kA rupturing capacity providing in DB complete with all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F MCB single pole & neutral 40 Amps 240 volts, 10 kA rupturing capacity providing in DB complete all as specified.

S&F Sheet metal enclosure (ISI marked) distribution board for 240 volts, SPN 4 way Horizontal type, single door, doublee pole and neutral with 200 Amps rated neutral copper bus bar for housing MCB and fixed flush in wall surface, and tested on completion complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing metal plug & socket DB, SP, with a three pin and earth plug with socket, 20 Amps 230 Volts with & including one MCB TP ‘C’ Curve 16 kA 32 Amps all as specified

M&L for cutting to existing pipe line 20/25 mm bore for insertion of tee of size as ordered and GI union 25/20 mm bore complete including required threading to existing pipe for taking out New connection for geyser inlet complete all as required and directed .

Supply & fixing Voltage Stabilizer of capacity 2 KVA for automatic operation, Single Phase, naturally air cooled, indoor type, designed for input variation between 170 Volt to 250 Volt and with output voltage stabilized at 230 Volt with accuracy of ± 2.5% and connecting up all as per manufacturer’s instructions & as directed. M&L for sub main wiring and provide new submain wiring with 2 runs of 6 Sqmm , FRLSsingle core PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor and one single core 6 Sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed , multi stranded copper cable as earthing lead as per IS : 694 / 1990 drawn through and including non-metallic PVC rigid conduit/casing caping of size as ordered in walls / ceilings / Concealed etc with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as ordered and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- 2 runs 6 Sqmm cable , one run 6 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC Conduit /Casing caping shall be measured as one unit length) .
