Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation or for shafts, walls, manholes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Excavation over areas not exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix and stacking serviceable stones aside for reuse & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts.

Dismantling of plain cement concrete in kerb stone & the like of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule complete all as specified.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) all as specified & as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

Raking out joints/pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses in cement /lime mortar.

Restraining & resecuring existing galvanized steel barbed wire including making good staples etc as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M&L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

M&L walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted stone masonry built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

All as per description of serial item No. 19.00 above but except stone.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked).

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layer on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work of walls consisting of 1st layer of 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 and 2nd layer (setting coat or top layer) of 5 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished fair & even, complete, all as specified and directed. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L brick work with subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Material and labour brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M & L brick work with FLY ASH BRICKS {As per IS-13757 (1993) burnt clay fly ash building bricks}, (OLD SIZE BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

S&F mild steel framed work as in doors / gates / steel frames etc. of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete of Gde E-165(Fe 290), drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering including necessary welding etc and fixing in position complete.

S&F MS holdfast, hook and pintle hinges, large hasp and staples, clamps, hooks for hanging fans and similar small articles conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including necessary welding etc. and fixed in position.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors and similar works of Gde E-165(Fe 290) including welding etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per serial item No. 31.00 here-in-before but framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts, etc.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in Plates (plain or chequered) channels, Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment including necessary welding etc. conforming to Gde E-250 (Fe 410-W) quality `A’ all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work such as angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including 10mm/12mm dia MS round bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including necessary welding where required as per site requirement and other similar works complete, conforming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290).

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

S&F mild steel round bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including cut to length, bent to shape, welding of bar at spots as directed and other similar works, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exc 10cm and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing any size or type as directed complete all as specified. Note:- Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for preparation of new untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not exc. 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Material and labour preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar.

Preparation of new steel suurface of any description and applying two coat of synthatic enamel paint on small articles such as metal switch blocks, metal ceilng roses, articles of builder's hardware such as door sorings, hooks, knobs, fasteners, stays, locks, latches, etc., straps to roof trusses, gates and similar articles, when unconnected with other paintingor ehwn painted in a different tint over red oxide primer.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvers and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in CM 1:6 all as specified & as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in pillar for fixing of jallies and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete, all as directed.

Material and labour 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as Specified & directed.

M&L for factory made 80mm thick precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-40 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and no pigment casted in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified & directed.

M&L precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerb block with plain fair faces, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle throating, with plain or interlocking joints and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete, all as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F glass dividing strips 3mm thick and 38mm wide & fixed in position as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in with plain fair faces, pillers including chamfers weathering, throating, etc and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete, all as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint of approved shade/tint complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for factory made chequered cement concrete tiles, 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & no pigment, over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6, complete, all as specified & as directed.

M&L machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25mm thick laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 20mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified.

M&L machine cut Kota stone slab 10 to 15mm thick , as in riser of step, skirting, dado etc. laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 10mm thick in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work as in wall lining (veneering to wall) over & including 20mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM 1:6, jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite stone including cutting and polishing (mirror polish i.e. full granite polish as per local trade practice) all as specified & directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work as in wall lining (veneering to wall) over & including 10mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM 1:4, jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite stone including cutting and polishing (mirror polish i.e. full granite polish as per local trade practice) all as specified & directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Nominal mix)1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, bases for columns, mass concrete and the like. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed.
