Removing of Existing MSBN with all its fittings/ fasteners for slope flattening work without danaging the net including with all contractors men, materials tools and plants etc., complete.

Excavation for trenches in Hard Moorum Soil and boulders including removing the excavated materials up to the distance of 5o m beyond excavated area and preparing the bed for spreading of boulder net with all contractors men, materials tools and plants etc., complete

Filling excavated trenches in 15 cm layers after spreading of boulder net with watering and compaction up to the full satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge with all contractors men, materials tool and plants etc., complete (Boulder available nearby may also be used as per instruction)

Providing Rock Anchoring bolts made of 25 mm for steel rod of 1.2 m long which is threaded up to 200mm on the top and fixing the same in 1 m long 32 mm dia hole drilled in hard 4 rock with 200 x 200 x 6mm epoxy coated plate and suitable nut and grouting the hole with cement grout with a maximum water cement ratio of 0.45 eith all contractors men, materials, tools and plants leads & lifts etc., complete (The rates include the cost of steel rod, washer plate, nut and cement)

Fabrication and fixing U-pins of dia between 8 mm to 16 mm steel on the top of trenches and side of cutting in natural soil by hammering or by any other means after stretching of net as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge ( The rates includes the cost of steel rod)

Drilling of 10mm or 12 mm dia holes up to a dept of 150 mm on Rock and fixing fastenings and washer plates for fixing rope net with all contractors men, materials tools and plants etc., complete. Running

Fixing of MSBN as per drawing with KRCL lacing wire including bringing te net to required position by stretching them pressing of net by using wooden hammer as per requirement as site with all labours tools and plants etc., complete. Running

Folding of Extra after spreading over cutting slope and fixing with wire ropes including stiching the join portion and locking with lacing wire with all contractors men, materials etc., complete.

Cutting of steel boulder net having longer length for making as per requirement as site with all labours tools & plants equipment etc., with all leads & lifts and stacking them away from track.

Splicing of boulder net with proper overlapping and weaving having shorter length for making net of required size with all contractors men, materials tools and plants etc., complete. Running

Supplying and fixing of 12 mm dia wire rope of approved quality for bottom Anchoring with all contractors men, materials tools and plants etc., with all lead and lifts as directed by Engineer-In-Charge ( Rs. 60/- will be deducted if Railway's wire rope is used.

Removing of loose boulders/ overhanging boulders from the side of open cutting not 12 required blasting with proper protection of track and removing, transporting the same from open cut to nearest null point away from the track as directed by Engineer-in-charge with all lead & lifts, contractors men & machinery etc., complete.
