The total thickness of two coats shall be 0.5 to 0.6 mm. f) The whole system shall be left for air cure for min Seven days (without any movement). Suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel section (galvanized @120gms both side inclusive and black painted groove on all T webs)consisting of main T runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32mm made of 0.3mm thick sheet spaced at 1200mm c/c and cross T of size 15x32mm made of 0.3mm sheet 1200mm long spaecd between main T at 600mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross T of length 600mm and size 15x32mm made of 0.3mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x22x0.40mm and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including required cutting/making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc.Main T runners to be suspended from trusses/ceilings using suitable suspension arrangement as per manufacturers instructions/literature. GI adjustable wire of 4mm dia with galvanized butterfly level clips spaced at 1200mm c/c along main T bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T section of 4mm dia GI wire shall be pre-painted with with polyster paint and black painted groove at centre of size 4mm depth and 4.5mm width, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L sunken treatment of Toilet/Bathroom as in following steps: i) Top of RCC slab in sunken portion including peripheral beams shall be plastered with 15mm thick in cement mortar 1 : 3 using approved water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth using extra cement, curved at the junctions. ii) Apply two coats of epoxy resin/polymer modified cementations coating like brush bond of FOSROK/SIKA/Pedilite or equivalent, both on floor & beams. iii) Sunken slabs to be given 1:20 slope outward 25mm GI pipe spout with 300 mm projection beyond outer surface of wall shall be provided. iv) Water tightness of sunken portion to be tested by ponding with water for 72 hours. In case of even a slight mark of seepage, the portion to be treated and ponding shall be carried out again to confirm the water tightness of sunken slab. v) The sunken portion will be filled with lean concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using brick aggregates to required depth. Note:- No cutting in roof slab/beam shall be allowed for passing of CI pipes & fittings.The stage of water proofing to sunken slab shall be passed by Eng-in-charge/GE.

Demolition of cement concrete of any dsecription and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 Type E2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling sunken floor, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any descriptions not exc. 150mm thick, above or below Ground Level using concrete cutter and making good same as previous to the effected area, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains etc, cement complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of precast cement concrete block walling in any position, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct to the item no. 119 above for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including taking out and seperating old reinforcement and removal of debries to a distance not exc 50m as directed by Engineer in charge and making site clean complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of existing road side culvert/drain using mechanical means and removing solid/liquid mud,vegitation debries or simillar items and depositing the same n.exc 1.50 Km and including removal & refixing of covers, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old unsv copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc. to be measured separately) and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site or for taking credit and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc with its original specification, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully MCB DBs SP/TPby unscrewing from main switch boards/cut out boxes and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site or for taking credit including sealing the cable ends and making good disturbed surface of wall etc as per existing finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concealed point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and sheathed multi stranded (FRLSH) flexible copper conductor cable in and incl rigid PVC conduit concealed /PVC surface conduit with sunk cast iron/pressed steel terminal boxes of adequate size with suitable thickness hylum laminated sheet, cover of adequate size for one light or one fan controlled by one switch incl 1.5 Sqmm (FRLSH) PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded flexible copper conductor cable as earth wire(green colour) to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.
