Manning operation & maintenance of Main receiving electric sub station round the clock (24 Hours) in three shifts (each shift of 08 hrs) including Sunday & Gazetted holidays by 01 skilled electrician in each shifts of 8 hours (Total 03 skilled electricial) and M&O comprising of following services:- (a) Manning and operation of VCBs (Incommer HT VCB 630 Amps-02 Nos (01 working & 01 standby) Outgoing HT VCB 630 Amps-08 Nos) and maintaining the records of incoming and outgoing parameters in an interval of 15 mins, physical checking of the joints and cables of HT as well as LT panels and doing minor repairs after taking the approval of JE E/M. Minor repair includes tightening of nuts & bolts, crimping of lugs of all sizes, making/jointing connections of cables inside the power house complex, keeping the power house clean and tidy with regular cleaning of washrooms etc. (b) Manning and operation of 125 KVA DG Sets-05 Nos including the following:- (i) Open the non reversing ratchet of vertical hollow shaft motor and clean the balls/rollers for proper cleaning. (ii) Applying mineral jelly/vasline to the battery terminals. (iii) Cleaning the oil batch air cleaner of diesel engine & fill with fresh oil. (iv) Oiling/greasing (Lubricating) the mobile parts and maintaining the desired conditions of operations.

(v) Checking and charging of batteries if required. (vi) Top up of Diesel oil in fuel tanks of DG sets including collection from MES yard. (vii) Maintenance of earthing of installations including testing of earthings. (viii) Tightening of foundation bolts, filter cleaning, periodic cleaning of fuel tanks, checking of dynamo, starter, belts tension and its tightening, top up of radiator and other connected parts of DG sets etc (ix) Maintaining of daily log sheets of DG sets on Performa given by Deptt and to be printed by contractor at his own cost. The daily log sheet to be put up to JE E/M for signature of AGE and for records. (c) Transformer of capacity 1250 KVA-04 Nos. (d) All other connected sweach gears, earthings etc NOTE: The contractor shall employ skilled electrician with ITI/Diploma certificate with 03 years experience in similar field.

Manning operation & maintenance of water supply installations (16 Hours) in two shifts (each shift of 08 hrs) including Sunday & Gazetted holidays by 01 Skilled FGM in each shift of 08 hours (Total 02 Skilled FGM) and M&O comprising of following services:- (a) Centrifugal Pump set of capacity 50HP - 04 Nos (b) Borewells - 04 Nos (c) Fire fighting Pump set of capacity 75 HP - 02 Nos (d) Fire fighting Pump set of capacity 15 HP - 02 Nos (e) Fire Fighting Pump set of capacity 12.5 HP at each block terrace - 20 Nos (f) Automatic fire fighting system - 01 Nos (g) DG set 160 KVA for water supply system - 01 Nos (h) Maintaining and testing of installations earthings. (j) Manning and maintanance of chlorination process such as mixing and preparation of dose of chemical as priscribed for each installation. (k) Maintaining daily water records incl chlorination records. (l) Checking and maintaining proper alignment of coupling of booster pumps of chloronome. (m) Tightening of fdn bolts, lubrication of moving parts. (n) Operation of submerssible pumps.

(o) Maintaining of daily log sheets of installations on Performa given by Deptt and to be printed by contractor at his own cost. The daily log sheet to be put up to JE E/M for signature of AGE and for records. NOTE: The contractor shall employ skilled FGM with ITI/Diploma certificate with 03 years experience in similar field.

Manning operation & maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant conventional type of capacity 800 KLPD round the clock in three shifts (Each Shift of 08 Hours) including Sunday & Holidays including regular maintenance of all pumps, compressors, submersible pumps, starters and all connected switch gears by 01 Skilled FGM in each shifts of 08 hours (Total 03 Skilled FGM) and M&O comprising of the following services:- (a) Manning of (i) Air compressor pump set of capacity 40 HP-02 Nos, (ii) Sewage submerssible pumps 7.5 HP-02 Nos, (iii) Sewage pump set of capacity 15 HP-02 Nos and maintaining the records of incoming and out going parameters in an interval of 15 mins, physical checking of pump motors and cables of LT panels and doing minor repair after taking approval from JE E/M. Minor repairs includes tightening of nuts & bolts. (b) Maintanance and testing of earthing of installations. (c) Filling of bleaching solution in dozer tank as per dosage to be priscribed by AGE E/M and maintaining daily records of the same. (d) Tightening of fdn bolts of equipments. (e) Lubrication of moving parts of equipments.

(f) Maintaining of daily log sheets of installations on Performa given by Deptt and to be printed by contractor at his own cost. The daily log sheet to be put up to JE E/M for signature of AGE and for records. NOTE: The contractor shall employ Skilled FGM with ITI/Diploma certificate with 03 years experience in similar field.

Manning & Operation of electrically operated lifts 02 Nos in each block of Ground + Ten floor (total eleven landings) with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device of capacity 08 passenger or 13 Passangers lift installed at bldg No 144 to 153 (Total 20 Lifts) including sunday and holidays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Thyssen Krupp elevator) Note:- (i) Contractor shall employ 03 Nos Semi skilled lift operators per shift for 20 Nos Lifts in two day shifts of 08 hours each i.e. from 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs & 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs and 02 Nos Semi skilled lift operators for night shift i.e. from 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs (Total 08 semi skilled lift Operators) having 10th pass certificate with experience of minimium 03 Years in operartion of lifts.

NOTE No 1 for Ser Item No. 4 :- (i) Contractor shall make necessary arrangements for undergoing qualified Lift Operator's training through OEM (Thyssenkrupp) enabled them well versed with rescue operation of trapped person and other lifts safety mechanisms. Contractor shall submit taining certificate and get it approved from GE before deploying the Operator to commence the work. The contractor shall provide complete kit of necessary T&P required and recommended by OEM for timely rescue operation without any delay to every lift operator. The Lift operator shall be in proper specified uniform when on duty and his mobile Number shall be displayed in every lift to call for help. The lift operator shall also responsible for checking and cleaning of lift as per OEM instruction's. (ii) All expenses incurred for training, uniform, safety kit, T&P etc shall be borne by contractor and same shall be included in quoted rates. (iii) On non arrangement of training of Operators and if training certifcate not produced within 15 days of acceptance of contract contractor shall be liable for penelty of Rs 1000/- per day per operator maximum upto double of quoted rates against the item.

NOTE No 2 for Ser Item No. 1 to 4 :- (i) Top up of Diesel oil in fuel tanks of DG Sets shall be done by the department for running of DG sets with logistic support by contractor in form of transportation from MT yard to Sub station and labour for loading & unloading. The quoted rates are inclusive of collection & transportation of Diesel, lubricants etc for running of installations with 24 Hrs running stock. (ii) The manpower employed by the contractor shall be responsible to maintain the installation neat & clean by cutting bushes & grass around the installation and thrown the same outside of the SEKHON VIHAR area. All cutters, digging and other tools required for cleaning shall be provided by the contractor in the quoted rates. (iii) Contractor shall also be responsible to maintain Log books, attendence register, Repair renewal of part register and other documentation required as directed by Engr-in-charge for maintenance of installation. (iv) Contractor shall provide all the necessary tools to operator required for routine check up & repair/ replacement of switchgears installed inside the sub station. (v) Operator shall not leave the sub station without prior permission from JE /AGE E/M or without replacement. (vi) For any damaged /burnt our to switchgears due to negligence of operator such that loose connections, improper routine check up/maintenance etc; contractor shall held fully responsible to replace the same damaged/burnt out switchgear or any equipment on his own cost all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (vii) The contractor shall arrange the earth tester at their own arrangement and shall check all the earthing of sub station for its serviceability in presence of JE E/M, Engineer-in-charge and test report shall be submitted to the office of AGE E/M dully signed by the contractor or their auth. rep and JE E/M on commencement of work for their record.

NOTE No 3 for Payment of Wages of Labour :- (i) The contractor shall not pay less than the fair wages or minimum wages fixed under minimum wages Act 1948 by Govt of India or State Govt which ever is more. All wages shall be paid by cheque or by crediting the wages in the bank into AADHAAR linked bank account of the employee. (ii) Contractor/firm shall submit the certificate with the undertaking on Rs 100/-Stamp paper alongwith RARs certifying that full payment of the employees have been credited in the account as per minimum fair wages. The details of wages of concerned workmen including Bonus, ESI, EPF, GST & Labour cess etc as applicable shall be provided by the contractor before claiming the RARs. These documents and wages details shall be verified by the Engr-in-charge from the labour persionally and Engr-in-charge shall render the certificate for the same alongwith RARs. (iii) If any shortcoming noticed in payment of wages to workers Deptt. shall have the right to deduct from the payment due to the Contractor, any sum required or estimated to be required for making good the loss suffered by a worker or workers by reason of non-fulfilment of the Conditions of the Contract for the benefit of the workers, non-payment of wages or of deductions made from his or their wages, which are not justified by the terms of the Contract or non-observance of the Regulations. The mater will be reported to local Labour commissioner office for further action as deemed at their end.
