Providing Electrification to Additional Sectors 106 to 116 of Unit-2,Navnagar,Bagalkote on Turnkey Basis

The tenderer shall have successfully/ satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of contract value) similar nature of works costing not less than Rs. 1317.50 Lakhs during last 5 years reckoned from 2024-25. The work done certificate should be obtained duly signed from an officer not below the rank of the Executive Engineer of the concerned Division and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of the concerned circle or equivalent in case of other Government / Government undertaking within India. The cost will be updated to the present value by giving a weightage of 10% for each year, if the work is completed prior to FY 2024-25. Similar work means: Electrification to Layouts by using Under ground(UG) cable works including RMU,DTC Structures,LT Feeder Pillar Box and Street Light Works.

The intending bidder have executed and satisfactorily completed a Minimum quantity as mentioned below in any one financial year, during the last five financial years reckoned back from 2024-25. 1 UG Cable works(Not less than 95Sqmm HT Cable)-77.00 KM 2 LT Feeder Pillar Box-640 Nos 3 Street Light Poles (Not Less than 5 Mtr) -1325 Nos the Certificate should be obtained from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division and countersigned by the SE of the concerned Circle or equivalent in case of other government undertaking with in India.

A copy of the valid Class-1 Electrical Contractor Registration Certificate and Registered Super Grade Electrical Class-1 Contractor from Electrical Inspectroate Department.

A valid EPF Registration Certificate which is registered under Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provident Act, 1952

A valid GST Registration Certificate which is registered under Goods and Service Tax GST

Achieved a minimum financial turnover of not less than Rs. 7026.00 Lakhs in at least 2 financial years in the last 5 years from 2020-21 to 2024-25. The turnover prior to FY 2021-22 will be updated to the 2022-23 Price level by giving weightage of 10% each year. Audited Profit and Loss account statement certified by a practicing Chartered Account bearing the UDI number along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the years indicated above should be furnished. Charted Accountants certificate without UDI (Unique Document Identification) number will not be considered.

Each bidder should furnish liquid assets and or/ availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 879.00 Lakhs. (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc). from any Nationalises /Scheduled bank (usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period).The format for bankers certificate /line of credit(BC/LOC) letter to be issued by Banks as per circular No:FD-CAM/16/2022(P-2) dated 22-08-2022

Each tenderer should further demonstrate a) availability by owning atlest 50% of the required/ specified critical equipment for this work and b) the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease/ hire basis for all works provided, relevant documents (commitment agreements etc.) for availability for this work are furnished Items of plant and equipment to be deployed by the Contractor 1.Excavators and Dozers-2 1 Owned/1 Hired 2.Mobile Cranes-40 Tonne capacity-2 1 Owned/1 Hired 3.Hydraulic Compressor Jointing Machine 1-1 Hired 4.Drum lifting Jacks-2 1 Owned/1 Hired

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under. Assessed available tender capacity-(AxNx1.5-B) Where A-Maximum value of Electrical engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to the Financial year in which the tender is invited) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N-Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited -9/12 Years. B-Value, at 2024-25 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 5year (Period of completion of the works for which tenders are invited).
