Construction of Co-Location of CSC with Panchayat office building at Sivanthipatti Panchayat in Palayamkottai Block

Construction of Co- location of Common service centre with Panchayat Bhawan for Sivanthipantti Village Panchayat.

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and subsoils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layersw of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in all places shown by departmental officers with initial leae and lift etc, complete complying with standard specifiacfion and as directed.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four M.Sand and eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Filling in Basement with excavated Earth in layers of not more than 15cm. Thick well rammed, watered and consolidated complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling sand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with stanard specification.

Supplying and erecting shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R.C.C Column,footing column pedestals plinth beam, grade beam raft slabs, stair case steps bed blocks, critical pier etc, using mild steel sheets of size 90x60x10cm gauge stiffened welded with mild steel angles of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cmx6.50cm spaced at about 90 cm centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete cimplying with standard specification and as directed.

Suplying fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced centre concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, complete complying with standard specification. TThe binding wire shall be supplyed by the contractor.

Cement concrete 1 : 1.5 : 3 using 20 mm gauge machine crushed HGBS Jelly for all RCC itmes of wodrks excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges centring and like for lambs in the R.C.C Floor or roof slabs, wherever necessary and bearing of walls sides and bottoms of the slabs, beams etc, complete complying with standard specification. The rate including vibration charges.

Brick work in cm 1:5 using country bricks ground moulded of size 23x11x7cm for the following including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size 90x60cm and 10 gauge stiffered welded with mild angles of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cmx65cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed for the following items, R.C.C. floor slab, rectangular, square beams, lintel stair case like all RCC works.
