Inside cleaning of Administrative block & T&I Room , Control room, PMCC room,Battery Room, Department stores block all Toilets etc. As and when required.- The job includes (a) keeping the inside premises clear of residues/used materials and maintenance of floors, rooms, pathways in surrounding areas etc., (b) cleaning of all the blocks/Toilets and their drains with acid, harpic, detergent etc., in these areas or any other associated room in the respective buildings (c) removing of cobwebs, bird’s nest etc. and disposal of debris / wastes to the nearest garbage bins/pits. The job to be carried out with all materials, tools and tackles etc. as per detailed specifications and direction of the engineer-in-charge. All items required for cleaning like phenyle, acid, harpic, different type of broom, mop, brush etc.Minimum one exclusive manpower shall be deputed for this particular job on daily basis. Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation.
Preparation of mounds of various size and shape by available excavated/ supplied earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering of each layer, dressing etc., lead up to 50 meter and lift up to 1.5 metre complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete. [Note: Cost of sludge, manure or extra earth shall be paid for separately under relevant item of SOR].
Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts. Providing and laying Neelgiri/ Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light waterning with sprinkler and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly, complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and planting sapling (not less than 45 cm in height and 60 cm centre to centre) of Casurina, Labrum, Gulmohar, Ashokas, Bottle Palm, Bougenvilla, Hibiscus, Roses or other approved type of variety of plants, watering & maintenance for 30 days minimum complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all materials, labour, tools, tackles etc. as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
