Inside cleaning of Administrative block & T&I Room , Control room, PMCC room,Battery Room, Department stores block all Toilets etc. As and when required.- The job includes (a) keeping the inside premises clear of residues/used materials and maintenance of floors, rooms, pathways in surrounding areas etc., (b) cleaning of all the blocks/Toilets and their drains with acid, harpic, detergent etc., in these areas or any other associated room in the respective buildings (c) removing of cobwebs, bird’s nest etc. and disposal of debris / wastes to the nearest garbage bins/pits. The job to be carried out with all materials, tools and tackles etc. as per detailed specifications and direction of the engineer-in-charge. All items required for cleaning like phenyle, acid, harpic, different type of broom, mop, brush etc.Minimum one exclusive manpower shall be deputed for this particular job on daily basis. Cleaning and dusting of floors, rooms, offices control rooms, all type of Tables, Chair, Almirah, Book case, computer, door, windows, window panes, notice boards, venetian blinds with clean cloth, brush, detergent water etc.As and when required. as per the direction of EIC.Dispatch related works all inward & outward documents. Assistance in material sifting , arrangement for various meeting / training /events .Minimum one exclusive manpower shall be deputed for this particular job on daily basis. Nourishing the existing plants, shrubs, hedges and supplying and planting of hybrid varieties. Clearing the area of grass, overgrown vegetation, wild growth bushes, trees and plants. Regular maintenance of lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, hedged seasonal flower beds, rockeries etc., watering, weeding out all undesirable growth, forking etc. all for survival and healthy growth of plants, lawns beds mowing, cutting, pruning etc. complete as per the direction of the Owner .Minimum one exclusive manpower shall be deputed for this particular job on daily basis. Supply of Consumable materials such as cleaning agent,toilet brush ,different types of broom stick, etc. as per minimum quantity given in the tender and as advised by EIC.

Provision for maximum annual charges, for providing uniforms: 2 Boiler suit, one pair of safety shoe and one safety helment to each contractor worker but limited to 6 nos.workers (Payment will be made as per actual MRP but limited to Rs. 1500 per worker)

Arrears for Revision in minimun wages act based on office of Chief Labour Commissioner, Ministry of Labour And Employment (Approximate salary hike is taken as 5% increment in basic one man day wage per year )Bidders are not allowed to quote the rate for this item)

RATE CONTRACT MEERUT

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Filling the gap in between Aluminium/ Stone/ Wood frame and adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone/ Wood/ Ceramic/ Gypsum work by providing weather/ structural non-sag elastomeric PU sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge complete, complying to ASTM C920, DIN 18540-F & ISO 11600 :Up to 5 mm depth and 5 mm width

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut Raj Nagar Plain white marble/ Udaipur green marble/ Zebra black marble for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels :Area of slab up to 0.50 sqm

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick Marble/ Granite stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by the Engineer-in-Charge :Mirror polishing on Marble work/ Granite work/ Stone work wherever required to give high gloss finish complete.

(2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations. (3) Cutting of all reinforcement shall be done using hack saw or chiesel or any other method as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge]

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually or by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations. (3) Cutting of steel shall be done using hack saw or chiesel or any other method as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.]

Disposal of moorum/ building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to designated location/ approved municiple dumping ground for lead up to 10 Km and for all lifts, complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: This item shall also be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motor vehicles of 3.5 cum or more.]

Excavating trenches by mechinical / manual means of required width in all kinds of soil for pipes, cables, etc. including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, for all depth, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil, all work up to any lead & lift as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, all works up to any lead and lift

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage up to any lead complete. [Note: Volume of earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment].

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage up to any lead complete. [Note: Volume of cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for payment].

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness including removal of debris/ un-wanted material, consolidation, dressing, levelling and watering etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or/ and manure before and after flooding trench with water. Filling mixture of earth and sludge or manure in the desired proportion in trenches, flooding with water and leveling. [Note: Cost of supplying earth and sludge or manure and mixing shall be paid separately under relevant items of SOR].

Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation.

Preparation of mounds of various size and shape by available excavated/ supplied earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering of each layer, dressing etc., lead up to 50 meter and lift up to 1.5 metre complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete. Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts. Supply and planting sapling (not less than 45 cm in height and 60 cm centre to centre) of Casurina, Labrum, Gulmohar, Ashokas, Bottle Palm, Bougenvilla, Hibiscus, Roses or other approved type of variety of plants, watering & maintenance for 30 days minimum complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all materials, labour, tools, tackles etc. as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
