Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 Sqm and depth exc 50mm deep but not exc 100mm deep complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags/air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5kg per 10 Sqm (VG-10) and laying bituminous Premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (minimum consolidated thickness) with 5.5% (paving bitumen VG-30) binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 Tonne power road roller to required gradient and camber complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Material for SDAC shall be mixed in hot mixing plant. (b) Mix design of bituminous SDAC will be got done from approved lab. (c) The premix carpet shall be laid with mechanical mixer as specified in clause 20A 27 of MES SSR Part-I and the spreading of premix carpet shall be done by machanical sensor paver.

Material and labour for Repair to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges at least 25 mm in depth and depth of potholes n.exc 30mm and making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @5kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2cm thick), well rammed and sealed with premix sand seal coat (6.8kg of binder with 0.06 cum of sand) again well rammed complete, all as specified and directed

Material and labour Premixed bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 20mm graded stone aggregate and paving bitumen @ 4% by the weight of total mix (consolidated thickness 75mm thick or less or as required) with 10 to 12 ton power roller complete, all as specified and directed.

Preparing the road surface by cleaning of all dirt scales and providing 2.5mm (minimum) thick hot thermoplastic paint (Retro relfecting type) for road marking in white/yellow shade by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe gun beads dispenser propane tank, heater and profile shoe heater driven by skilled operator on road surfaces. Note :- Road marking work shall be carried out in accordance with manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

supply and fixing in replacement for solar solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25 mm (shank 65mm) of high efffiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement for cat eye reflective type metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 or equivalent make as per Make of Appx fixed with & including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer instructions complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 NOs 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete, all as specified and directed.
