SPECIAL REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF OLD UNSERVICEABLE PVC AND RCC SERVICE TANK AND OTHER CONNECTED WORK IN LAXMI TEK AREA, MANE VIHAR AND THE MARATHA LIRC UNDER GE BELGAUM

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying of DI/GI/CI pipes etc, and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick with useful soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing damaged unserviceable CI pipes of 150 mm dia with fittings from the site and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed. Note :Earth work and excavation will be measured and paid seperately under relevent items mentioned below .

Taking down existing damaged unserviceable CI pipes of 100 mm dia with fittings from the site and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed. Note :Earth work and excavation will be measured and paid seperately under relevent items mentioned below .

Supply and fix 150 mm bore dia of Centrifugally cast(Spun) Ductile Iron Pressure pipes with socket & spigot end including all fittings ,class K-7 conforming to IS: 8329/2000 marked with and including Rubber Gaskets used with Push -on -jointing confirming to IS 5382 in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed . Note:(i) DI /CI specials such as Tee, reducer etc including joints and jointing materials will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of this schedule. Supply and fix in repair Cast iron/DI bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double sockets etc.) tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all socket or spigot and socket) collers, caps and plug upto 150 mm bore for spigot and socket end pipes complete all as specified and as directed.Note :Make of CI /DI Fittings:Electro-Steel/NECO/Kesoram/Jai Balaji

Taking up or down existing old unserviceable GI tubing and connections of 50 bore dia of pipe and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed :-

Supply, fix,lay and jointing Galvanised iron water tubes 'medium grade' of size 50 mm bore with and including all GI fittings such as flanges, unions, reducer sockets, socket reducing bends, elbows, tee, check nuts, caps, plugs etc.and clips, wall hooks etc. laid in trenches, on ground or fixing on wall and testing complete all as specified and directed.Note:--(i) Earth work if any shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of this BOQ..(ii)Make of GI Pipe:TATA/JINDAL/PRAKASH SURYA (ISI MARKED)

Material and labour for 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene (HDPE) water storage tanks, 'ISI' marked, cylindrical, vertical with closed top conforming to IS 12701-1989 having two layers wall construction with manhole lid and suitable locking arrangement including making holes for inlet, outlet and over flow pipes, hoisted, fixed in position and testing complete all as specified and as directed . Taking down old unserviceable water tank of capacity 500 Ltr and below and dismantling of all existing pipe line connections carefully and taken as credit all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Gun metal gate valve of size 20 mm dia bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe with necessary GI fittings including taking down/up old unserviceable gate/ globe valve of any type and testing complete all as specified and as directed .
