Supply and Laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all acessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal)

Providing and Fixing of 100 mm dia (medium class) G. I. pipes i/c digging work of 0.5 meter depth & 0.3 meter width for the road crossing & filling the surface with 1:3:6 PCC of 1 feet width and 4 inches deep complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/PVC pipe as required Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on cable tray/surface etc as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for following size of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required 3.5 core x 240 Sq.mm (62 mm)

Construction of cable chamber of inner size 900mm(L) x900mm(W) x900mm(D) which includes excavation and disposal of excavated in all kinds of soil earth lead upto 50 m and providing & laying of 100 mm cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) grade at the bottom of the chamber and Brick work with common burnt clay bricks at foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with 12 mm cement plaster finished with neat cement of mix 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand). Chamber shall be provided with cover of chamber size chequer plate of 8mm thick with MS Angle frame made of 35x35x5mm and shall be provided with lifting hooks as required.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. 3 x 6 sq. mm

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 3 KVA, single phase UPS system with input voltage 150 - 280 volt and output 230 volt + 1%, 50 Hz + 5 Hz., voltage regulation from no load to full load will be within + 1% in both the case. UPS will withstand 10% overload for 10 minutes and 50 % over load for 10 seconds. The UPS should have auto and manual bypass arrangements. The UPS should be provided to withstand 15 minutes battery backup on full load with suitable rating sealed maintenance free battery i/c interlinks complete etc. as required.

Metering Panel SITC of cubical type compartmentalized meter board suitable for 10 nos of energy meters made of 1.6 mm thick sheet steel, duly powder coated,integrated loose wire box, complete with incommer 4-pole MCCB of 100 Amp, 18KA , Ics=Icu=100% with ON indicator,insulated copper busbars of 100 Amp capacity , each meter compartment (minimum size 300 x 300mm) having DP MCB of 40A, space for single phase energy meter, pre-wired from bus bar up to connector block with DP MCB of 40 A, 10KA in loose wire box, locking /sealing arrangement for each compartment with suitable size window covered with transperant sheet/glass,bus bar chamber etc as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia (Drilling of 300 mm dia, 4.5 Mtr deep by using Borewell machine) including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of lightning conductor finial, made of 25 mm dia 300 mm long, copper tube, having single prong at top, with 85 mm dia 3 mm thick copper base plate including holes etc. complete as required.

Fixing of lightning conductor finial (single prong) with base plate including holes etc. complete as required.

Jointing copper / G.I. tape (with another copper/ G I tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) by riveting / nut bolting/ sweating and soldering etc as required.

Fixing of copper tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required.(For horizontal run)
