Supplying and errecting centring for sides and soffits of all RCC works including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc. complete

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone M.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete

Fabrication and supply of MILD STEEL DOOR of size 1.10 m x 2.00 m with including all cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite and all labour charges etc., complete

Fabrication and supply of MILD STEEL WINDOW of size 0.90 m x 1.20 m with including all cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite and all labour charges etc., complete

Providing Granolithic Pattern Floor finish with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10-12 mm ISS HBG metal and top rubbed smooth etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete

Plastering with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floor including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

White washing 2 coats with shell lime including cost and conveyance of all labour charges etc., complete.

Distember two coats over one coat of primary coat including cleaning preparing the surface one coat of primer.

Painting two coats with Exterior emulsion over one coat of primary coat including cleaning preparing the surface

Painting TWO coats of new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coats, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Wiring with 2x1.5 sqm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V Grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box with with 5A. F.T. sqitch inflush with wall, covered with hylem sheet of sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour of open PVC Light POINT / FAN POINT including all charges etc., complete.(As per S.D.20)
