Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to I.S.733 and I.S. 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasterners including necessary filling up of gaps at junction, at top, bottom and sides with required neoprene felt etc. aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free straight mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle. Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panclling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws, all complete.Fixed portion (Anodised aluminium transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)(HSR 17.95)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS :12823 grade I type II in panelling fixed in aluminium doors. Windows shutters and partition frames with C.P brass/stainless steel screws etc. complete.(HSR.17.97)

(b) Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both side.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door windows, ventilator shutter and partitions etc. with pvc/neoprene gasket etc. complete (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic items). (HSR.17.98) (b) With float glass panes of 5.0mm thickness.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture IS:6315 marked for doors including cost of cutting floors as required embedding in floors and cover/plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box.(HSR.17.99) (a) With Stainless Steel cover plate.

Providing and fixing aluminium round shape handle of cuter dia 100 mm with screws etc. complete (HSR 17.102)

(i) Anodized (AC-15) Aluminium.

Wrought iron and mild steel (using angles, flats, square bars, tee and channels) ladders, grills, gratting frames, window guards, iron doors openable or fixed staircase or parapet or any other type of railing, gates and tree guard etc., including cost of screws and welding rods or bolts and nuts complete fixed in position. Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric 75mm x 25 mm rectangular mesh with 3.25 mm dia wire fixed on steel windows of standard rolled sections with 3mm thick flat iron cover moulding of 12.5mm wdth fixed with machine screws welded complete in all respect(HSR.18.33)

Providing steel pipe I.S.I. mark in columns with 2 Nos. M.S. plates welded on both ends of the pipe including cutting etc., complete fixed in position (HSR 18.41)
