W.B.M (Grade-3) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 53mm to 22.4mm to water bound macadam (G-3) specification including spreading in uniform loose thickness hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting 7.50 cm thickness to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. ( excluding GST)

CTB Providing , laying and spreading material on a prepared subgbase adding cement @ 4% by weight to the spread material manually, mixingin place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer sub base. ( excluding GST)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen slow setting emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per technical specification clasue 502. (including all material, T&P labour cess etc but excluding GST)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.(including bitumen but excluding GST)

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 (13.2mm & 11.20mm in 2:1) mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.(including bitumen but excluding GST)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing 6.7mm stone grit @0.009 cum per sqm the voids in a bituminous grade VG-10 @0.65kg per sqm surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.(including bitumen but excluding GST)
