Material and labour for excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for removal of excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note : Measurement shall be taken after punning down.

Supply & fixing common burnt bricks as mechanical protection of this cables using old size sub class ‘B’ bricks laid dry flat over the cable width equal to the length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacment of LT underground cables 1100 volts grade of size 16 Sqmm 4 Core, PVC insulated XLPE and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-1554 marked, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note : Excavation, earth work, cable protection, sand fillings, cable joint shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for PCC Block of Size 600x300x 600 mm made in PCC Concrete using cement mortar 1: 2: 4 using 40 mm dia aggregate including inserting of 02 Nos rigid heavy duty PVC pipe of Size 40 mm dia including suitable bends , "T" required at site for passing of LT XLPE Cable 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of LT panel not less than 3mm thick of modular polycarbonate thermoplastic enclosures Outdoor type with copper bus bar of capacity 200A, factory made, CPRI approved, floor mounting type, environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen and silicon free, anti-acid and anti corrosive, enclosure should be IP-65 Protection in accordance with IEC 60529.The gasket material shall be polyurethane while the gasket shall be internally embedded including suitable working space in bus bar chamber suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system 415V,50HZ,AC supply and fixed on raised PCC 1:2:4,type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) raised base with cable glands, phase indicators, internal wiring, CT of suitable Ratio, digital voltmeter and ammeter, air passing holes with proper spacing to accommodate to all control switches and other accessories, cable connections with suitable size of lugs/thimble etc including suitable size canopy to cover the panel with proper fixing arrangement including excavation and earth work including dismantling the unserviceable panel and comprising the followings. The manufacturer of board / panel shall submit a copy of type test report of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60 439-1 and IEC 61 439-2 for power switchgear and control gear assembly. The contractor must be submitted routine test certificate from manufacturer/principal company in accordance with IEC 60 439-1. The type test report as per CPRI (in accordance with IEC 60 439-1) should consist with following: i) Degree of protection of system ii) Temperature Rise Limit iii) Dielectric Properties iv) Short Circuit Withstand Strength v) Effectiveness of protective circuit vi) Clearance and creepage distance vii) Mechanical Operation 2. For better safety the Polycarbonate encl shall be fire retardant & self-extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-1, DIN VDE 0304 Part 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested at Glow Wire test for 960 deg. Cent. 3. The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures / boards i.e. the Degree of Protection against Mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08. 4. The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. 5.The quoted rate includes the excavation, earth work and required base for fixing the complete panel.

Supply and installation of 10 W LED Decorative Bollard Light as per Lustre item No. Li-8178. The Decorative Bollard is made out Cast aluminium and mild steel tube. The Height of the Decorative Bollard is 900mm. A decorative Laser cut embellishment is fitted at the bottom of the decorative bollard. A Translucent Polycarbonate diffuser is Fitted in the Luminaire. The ingress protection of the optical area shall be IP-65. LED shall be mounted on the MCPCB and fitted in the Luminaire. MCPCB shall be directly mounted on the suitable Heat Sink using thermal paste for proper Heat Dissipation. Suitable Constant Current LED driver with power factor 0.95 or more and efficiency 85% or more Shall also be fitted inside the Luminaire. The Surface of the Luminaire shall be machined and polished Properly to give it a Smooth Surface. The Luminaire shall be duly pretreated by shotblasting and Sandblasting process and Coated in U.V. ray resistant polyurethane/Polyester Paint in approved color shade. A Two Way Connector Shall be Provided in the Luminaire for the mains Connections. Decorative Bollard Light shall be installed at desired location with the help of anchor bolts and G.I sleeve as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
