Cleaning of sewer lines from Manhole to Manhole of any depth and dia of pipe including testing sewer line by pouring water complete all as directed and as directed.

Cleaning of Manhole of any size and any depth including taking out sludge, sewer water, any other materials etc and disposal of the same outside MD land complete all as directed and as directed.

Excavation in trenches for exposing the sewage line and breaking SGSW pipe horizontally on top to help cleaning the sewer line from Manhole to the location where the SGSW pipe is broken and covering the broken portion of SGSW pipe from the top and sealing the opening in CM (1:3) including returning filling and ramming in trenches with excavated earth and disposal off surplus earth to a distance not exceeding. 50 m complete all as directed and as directed. (irrespective of depth and type of soil).

Cleaning blockages from Nahani trap to Gully trap by Roding etc and cleaning the sludge from NT taking up and refixing the grating in CM (1:3) including testing by pouring the water until smooth flow, complete all as directed and as directed.

Cleaning of blockages from Gully trap to 1st Manhole length of sewer line not exceed 5m by roding etc and cleaning all sludge from Gully trap to 1st Manhole including pouring water until the smooth flow and necessary earth work and disposed of sludge etc complete all as directed and as directed.

Cleaning blockages from water closet including cleaning the soil pipe (for 1St and 2nd floor) by removing the access door cover in the bend and refixing it after cleaning the pipe, pouring water until smooth flow including necessary earth work and making good damages if any to plinth protection Manhole etc complete all as directed and as directed.

Demolition of existing SWSG gully trap including PCC kerb etc and supply and fix SWG gully trap square mouthed 100mm size set in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 block measuring 450mm and 100mm thick bed concrete and jointing to drain pipe in CM (1:1) including 100x150mm high PCC kerb in (1:2:4) type B1 with CI perforated grating 150x150mm bituminous coated including disposal of waste/sludge complete all as directed and as directed.

Demolition of PCC around floor trap and dismantling existing floor trap and cleaning the blockage of pipe from floor trap to gully trap and supply and fix PVC floor/Nahani trap in existing pipe and embedding in CM (1:1) including lowering or raising with vertical piece with PVC pipe for jointing trap and fixing gratings at true level of floor complete all as directed and as directed.

Removing / Bailing of sewage water the septic tank of various capacities and disposal outside MD land including cutting and removing all vegetable growth plants etc in around septic tank and filter bed etc and removing debris outside MD land complete all as directed and as directed.

Removal of sludge/disposal/sediment from septic tank of various capacities and disposal the same outside MD land including cutting and removing all vegetable growth plants etc including uprooting of small plants around septic tanks and filter beds and etc and removing debris outside MD land complete all as directed and as directed.

Removal/taking out of sludge muck consisting of loose aggregate sediments mud etc from filter bed and refilling the same after cleaning/washing into the filter bed complete all as directed and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.50 mtr deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as directed and as directed.

All as per item No 12 above, but , exceeding 1.5m deep and not exceeding 3.00m deep complete all as directed and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete in hard/dense soil complete all as directed and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceed 50m and not exceeding 100m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as directed and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (salt glazed stone ware) set in Cement Mortar, 150mm bore and getting out from trenches complete all as directed and as directed.

Cutting into existing Main Hole for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete PCC (1:2:4) type B1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required internal dia of pipe 150mm complete all as directed and as directed.

Material and Labour for 150mm bore salt glazed stone ware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed in CM (1:1) and tested complete all as directed and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 for bed to drain pipes 150mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as directed and as directed.

Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed and as directed.

Material and Labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks in CM (1:6) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius etc complete all as directed and as directed.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type B1 1:3:6 (20mm agg) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as directed and as directed.

Material and Labour for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching including finishing the concrete surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed and as directed.

Material and Labour for forming fair finish to channel in manholes using extra cement complete all as directed and as directed.(Note : Inner girth only measured)

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed and as directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick using CM 1:4 on brick or cement concrete surfaces & finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation complete all as directed and as directed.

Demolition of concrete(reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise speifically provided complete all as directed and as directed.

Material and Labour for precast cover slab using PCC (1:2:4) type B1 and set in CM 1:6 with top surface finished even & fair complete all as directed and as directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns, rafts & rafts beams, sides & soffits (if any) of foundation & plinth beams; & similar work; vertical or to batter fair finished surface complete all as directed and as directed.

Material and Labour for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally or hoping for columns, hooking ends & binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as directed and as directed.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width/girth, applying two coats of synthethic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed and as directed.

M&L for providing, precast cement concrete type C1 1:3:6(20mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 in cover slabs (for manholes), chajjas, shelves and similar articles with plain face complete all as directed and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as directed and as directed.
