Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :The quoted rate shall deemed to include removal of the demolished material outside MoD land.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick plastering in two coats 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 and 5 mm thick setting coat in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound.(ISI Mark) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic based exterior paint over a coat of primer & bio wash on walls complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge..

Material and labour for preparing old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Acrylic base paint exterior grade (100% Acrylic) over one coat of primer including bio washing etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Complete removal of exisiting water proofing treatment of roof including demolition of brick bat koba/pcc padding of any thickness , cleaning with wire brushes etc and removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-O (12.5 mm graded agg) in roof kerbs or mud stops, levelling coarses of roof, rounded or chamfered on edge average thickness not more than 75mm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 20mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with the addition of Shaliplast LW+ @ 200ml per bag of cement on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Work to be carried out above 5 th floor.

Material and labour for protecting the roof including parapet wall with water proofing coating ,complete as specified below: (a) Clean the surface and apply one coat of primer (STP Shali Urethane BTD diluted in water in 1:1 ratio and applied @ 400 gm/sqm OR Dr, Fixit primeseal diluted in water in 2:1 ratio and applied @ 7-8 sqm/ltr) and allows to dry for 6 to 8 hrs. (b) Apply first coat of water proofing coating over primer surface (Shali Urethene BTD with non butuminous bleding of STP Ltd. @ 1 Sqm/Ltr without dilution OR Dr. Fixit New Coat without any dilution @ 2 Sqm /Ltr)

(c) Lay Non woven fiber glass mesh (Reinforcement of Shali Geo Text 40/50 gsm of size 2.5mm x 2.5mm) or equivalent with overlap of 50 mm on both direction while the first coat is still wet. (d) Apply second coat of water proofing coating as per manufactures instruction after 6-8 hrs of drying of first coat. (e) Apply third coat of water proofing coating (as per manucturer instruction) after 6-8 hrs of drying of second coat The total thickness of 1 to 1.2mm must be achieved after 7 days of air cure. Note : 1) The colour of each coat shall be as directed by GE. 2) The work shall be carried out by aithorised applicator only 3) Water proofing to rain water spouts to be done as per manufacturer instruction

Water proofing treatment to rain water spouts of entire roof terrace by opening of all the existing Failed loose pipes and its Joint (In Old Structure), replacing the same by an appropriate dia pipe( not less then110mm) followed by Application of two coats of cold modified bituminous ensure leakage free joint.(work includes filling of mortar and making good the same)

Material and labour for Sand Face polymer modified Plaster in patches (25 mm thick) in C.M. ratio 1:4 in two coats, backing coat 15 mm thick over 10 mm thick finishing coat plaster including Drip mould/ Bands / Pattas etc. complete as per the instructions and as per our standard technical specification manual or as instructed by the Engineer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The quoted rate deemed to Inclusive necessary scaffolding and safety equipment upto 20m height.

Material and labour for Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel or steel based materials of any description not other wise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint,over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down CI soil/waste/vent/rain water pipes including all fittings like shoes bends swan necks etc of any dia complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing CI soil/waste/vent pipe in any length with ears 100mm bore (sand cast) in any length with cement joints fixed to walls complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as in item No 14 above but except pipe.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in full brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour plastering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brickwok or concrete surfaces of wall in cm 1:6 and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparing new or old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought Iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for wind tie complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing Framed work such as grills, gratings etc with end bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde - E-250 ) Quality A complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparaing of new steel surfaces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Make : Shalimar Paints)

Material and labour PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in seismic and other similar bands, coping and the like incluiding form work complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of paver blocks any description any position incliding removing from site complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Udaipur green/Baroda green marble slab 18-20 mm thick as in wall/column and similar work machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:3) and pointed with white cement using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of marble slab including grinding and polishing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for stainless steel special alloy grade 304 pipes as in railing including required cutting, notching Argon welding, riding and drilling counter sunk holes and bending to required shape by mechanical means in factory as per site requirement without forming wrinkles and butting and polishing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for stainless steel grade 304 circular base plate 100mm dia, 4mm thick including circular sunk drilling holes, welding to MS base plate buffing grinding etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for stainless steel grade 304 circular cap plate 110 mm dia 6 mm thick incl welding to stainless steel pipe, buffing & grinding etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for granite slab 18-20mm thick in vertical surfaces as in wall/column etc and similar work machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white/coloured cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite store including cutting and polishing etc including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
