Maintenance for lawn and landscaping arrangement in the open area at old court building (Heritage Building), Puducherry period from 01.03.2026 to 31.12.2026.

Maintenance of lawn and landscaping in a campus maintenance of gardening work such as flowering plants and shrubs, lawns, flowering beds, specimen plants etc., including watering, weeding, removal of unwanted plants, cutting, trimming, pruning, application of farm yard manure, fertilizers, pest control root treatment including replanting of plants in the place of dead one. The cost includes charges towards supervision, labour, materials ( manure, fertilizer, pest control) hire charge of tools, accessories, etc., required water will be made available by the department at free of cost at specified location of the site and the contractor has to make use of water by using hose pipes from the outlet. The lawn portion has to be trimmed using electrically operated movers for which power will be provided by the department at free of cost. The cost inclusive of all taxes as applicable. The maintenance work shall be carried out as directed by the Engineer incharge.
