Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L 10 -12mm thick polymer modified readymix cement base plaster as per manufacturer instruction on fair / unfair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces & finishing the surface even & fair as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying 2mm thick birla white wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepration of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in Repair galvanised 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and staining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts , including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire , staples or steel pins etc,(each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed and fixed in repairs.

M&L for cutting holes exc. 150 sqcm but not exc. 400 sqcm into or through brick walls built in CM and maikng good in cement mortat 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in cm (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 exc, half brick but not exc, one bk etc.

S&F concertina coil 2.5 mm dia of core wire in 450 mm circular dia of each coil having a core wire of high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength as per grade of IS-1454(Part-I) with low carbon steel strip punched tape of 19 mm wide, 0.50 mm thick and series of knife edge sharp barb/blades @ 25 mm centre to centre punched all along the length of both sides of strip at regular interval conforming to IS-513 and minimum 6Mtr length cover after opening complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement factory made steel fibre reinforced (SFRC) Drain covers without frames incl necessary hold fast/hooks of (Heavy duty) 600x450x70mm rectangular complete all as specified. Make Kreative concrete Company Product Code DC - 01 and equivalent.

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section incl taking out embeded portion in concrete, brick work, RR masonary etc. and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. of Gde Fe - 290, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing including one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at Contractor’s workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition in cement concrete of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exc. 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only MS galvanisd Chain link fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 10mm round bars of gread Fe-410-W (Part I) (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) for tying /tightening wire mesh complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in any type of soil in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface

S&F of RCC Precast Concrete Compound wall having RCC Post (M-30) of size 150mm X 150mm X 2435mm height vertical 'H' section having grooves of suitable size including 7 bars of 3 or 4mm HTS with stressing system and embedded 600mm in ground including Provn of 6 Nos of Precast Concrete RCC Panels (M-30) between two post of size 2100mm x 300mm x 50mm thickness including 4 bars of 3 or 4mm HTS with stressing system complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and all as specified by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Above ground level height will be measured for payment purpose. (b) Excavation of post holes for fixing of columns shall be measured separately. (c) The post may be fixed to the ground by digging a hole 500 x 500 x 600mm and filled with 1:3:6 concrete after the post has been aligned in these holes. M&L in repair for providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, 35 mm thick type B- 0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate (measured solid) including all moulding and necessary form work and set in cement mortar 1:4 fixed in repairs complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F precast RCC coping/post of size 600x100x50 mm suitable for fixing of RCC Jallies in vertically & horizontally including necessary moulds and grooves as required in shape and size complete all as specified and directed.
