UL 467 approved Pure copper solid earth Rod 17mm dia. 3000mm long electrode buried in ground to bore holes 100mm dia vertically to a depth not less than 3.00 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge earth electrode at a depth not less than 300 mm below normal ground level, provision of copper bus bar of size 100mmX25mmX5mm for inter connection with copper earth lead strip 25mmX3 mm braize with eath electrode, Eqpt and further connected to test point terminal block of size 200mmX50mmX6mm made of copper as directed, including 45 Kg (Minimum) NABL Lab Certified back fill chemical compound for filling bore holes with soil mixed, 2 years warranty on resistance value at less than 1 Ohm will be given by the contractor and 10% of amount in quoted item rate should retain with dept upto 2 years. Including excavation and earth work and earth neutral voltage less than 03 Volts of PCC chamber in PCC (1:3:6) typeC-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with Pit cover of 300mmX300mm made of Cast Iron complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Excavation work should be done by manpower/mechanicaly only.(ii) Earth test should be done by contractor at his own cost and if less than 1 Ohms result is not found at site, entire earthing should by contractor again without accruing any extra cost to the department. No claim whatsover on redoing the earthing shall be admissible by the department to the contractor.(iii) The quoted rate shall deemed to be included the rate of boring mechanicaly/ Manuly in any type of soil, provision of earth pit with cover, mineral filled compound (earth back filled material) 50 kg, removal of excavated material from site, test link for test point, necessary sadling and mounting of copper strip on walls etc(iv) Copper strip complete will be measured and paid seperatly (v) Workmanship shall be carried out in accordance with guide lines of OEM (installation and commissioning) and the certificate from concerned OEM to this effect shall be obtained and submitted to department. (vi). Back-fill compund shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole. (vii) The earthing material supplied shall be checked /inspected by Jef's/respective Make Engineer (viii). Atleast One Jef Eco/respective Make Safe earthing installtion shall be carried out under supervision. (x) Earthing value for an individual earth pit should be less than 2 ohms and in grid connected it should be less than 1 ohm irrespective of type of soil/strata/rock/other if any etc.., complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. including provision of earth pit cover, test link for test point, necessary saddling and mounting of strip complete all as directed. Make: JEF ECO SAFE, SPA infrastructure's safe earthing electrode, Pune or JMV LPS Ltd, Delhi or equivalent as approved.

S&F green colour PVC Covered High Conductivity copper Tapes/Strip of size 25x3 mm Complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Joint of Strip will be done by Exothermic Welding or as per direction by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Earth Pit marker made of metal sheet of size 200 mm x 150 mm x 3 mm with 1.2 mtr long iron rounded road with syentetic enamal paint over coat of read oxide primer shade of colour and writing detail complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth in hard dense soil for laying of GI tubing and getting out the soil

Returning filling in, including spreading,levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm of hard/dense soil

Removing excavated soil n.exc 50m and depositig where directed at a level . n,exc1.5m above starting point.

Supply and lay Pipes galvanized medium class laid in trenches complete including GI fittings 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 9 above but of size 15 mm bore

Supply and fix in repairs Gun metal globe or gate valve 25 mm dia with brass gate with iron wheel head, screwed both ends, for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting of exisiting DI /GI pipe line 50 to 100 dia for certaining as directed GI pipe with thread, union Tee elbow complete all as specified diretced by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Self closing taps of cast iron or malleable cast iron, galvanised, screwed for iron pipe of size 15 mm bore and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge
