Providing two coats of acrylic water based wall putty/ wall filler of Asian Paints/ Berger/ Dulux over concrete/ cement plaster/ brick walls and ceilings both internal and external after removing all the loosely adhering material from the wall/ ceiling surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush, moistening the wall with the help of sufficient quantity of clear water as specified and directed by the department.

Wall painting (two coats) with Plastic emulsion paint approved brand and manufacture (Asian/Nerolac/Berger) on new surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. (a) Plastic emulsion paint approved brand and manufacture (Asian/Nerolac/Berger paint/ICI paint/J& N paint)

(b) Priming coat with alkali resistant primer

c) Applying one coat of distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Applying one self-priming coat of acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand, thinning by adding water as per the specification of manufacture over freshly plastered wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as specified and directed by the department.

Finishing wall with two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior coatings of Unicem "Rakshak" brand of required shade by thinning 1ltr. of paint with 750ml of water to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials as specified and directed by the department.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces over 100mm in girth/width after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering and knotting. (a) With ready mixed paint, wood primer (White)

Painting two coats( excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enemel paint of approved brand and manufacture ( Asian paint/Berge paint/ICI paint/J&K paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping. Providing drain with cement concrete (1:3:6) 10cm thick sides 10cm thick bed over brick flat soling including 15mm thick cement plastering in prop. 1:3 finished with a floating coat of cement slurry as directed with necessary shttering for sides and earth work in excavation of foundation trenches and refilling the sides after completion of work etc. as specified. i). 300mm wide and average 150mm deep with bed slope 1 in 150 with initial depth of 100mm.
