Extra rates for quantities of works, executed: a) In or under water and/or liquid mud, including pumping out water as required

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation / banking excavated or stacked materials. a) All kinds of soil

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. a) All kinds of soil

Reinforced cement concrete work in well-steining, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

a) well steining

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : a) 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. External work a) 65 mm dia nominal bore

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) : a) 65 mm dia nominal bore

Providing and fixing G.I. Union in existing G.I. pipe line, cutting and threading the pipe and making long screws, including excavation, refilling the earth or cutting of wall and making good the same complete wherever required : a) 65 mm dia nominal bore

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed by stone Aggregate 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including necessary excavation, leveling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Provding and fixing PVC pipe weep hole as per required intervals or as the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. a) with 75 mm dia PVC pipe.
