Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5mtr in depth for foundation of pole and laying of UG cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm completed all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point completed all as specified and directed.

M & L for sub class 'B' bricks well burnt old size laid dry flat for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying and punned upto 18 cm, stretching and testing the cable as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-1

M&L for PCC ( 1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping pedestal of poles. Including necessary form work fair finished to exposed surface completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC ( 1 : 3 : 6 ) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggreghate for foundation of poles and stay assembly completed all as specified and directed.

Supply & errection of pre stressed concrete pole 9 meters long 102mmx172 mm at top and 102x279mm at bottom class-10 in PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation including painting with synthetic enamel paint of colours black and yellow alternate strips of 30cm width upto 1.5 mtr from the top of coping complete including making suitable holes where requiredcomplete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work and PCC work shall be paid and measured andpaid seperately

Supply and fixed in replacement aluminium conductor steel re-inforced (ACSR) Ferret of size 6/1x3.00 mm / weasal of size 6/1x2.59 mm and squirrel of size 6/1x2.11 mm for LT lines on concrete poles, stretching without kinks and bends, binding with (rates inclusive) binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in structural steel work conforming to grade Fe-410S as in cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections, including , nuts, bolts, washers, welding , bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat , one finishing coat of aluminium paint and epoxy coating, including taking down old corroded structural steel all as directed.

S & F in shackle type,vitreous Insulator incl one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers,and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 115 mm dia ,suitable for 1100 Volt,and as directed by engineer in charge.

S/F stay assembly complete comprising of 20mm dia 40cm long stay bow rod 20mm dia x 1.8 Mtr long galvanised stay rod threaded and with nuts including 300mmx300mmx6mm thick plate necessary clamps etc as shown on plate No. 1 on page 495 of SSR Part-I, 2009 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Loop type insulator, stay clamp, stay wire, excavation and concrete work measured separately).

S & F galvanised steel stranded stay wire size 7/4mm for stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

S & F loop type insulator iwith complete fiting porcelain, vitreous white or brown large size with over all dismensions 90x140mm , clearance of hole 25.5mm complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried in ground vertical to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized GI strip of size 32 X 6 mm and 40 mm dia bore 7.5 mtr long light grade GI protection pipe for earth strip and GI watering pipe 40 mm dia medium grade from the top edge of earth plate fixed with deep cut on one end of pipe and fix from earth plate up to one feet above ground level of other end and plugged watering pipe at top with MS cap and grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of size 30 X 30 X 30 CM etc and 15 CM alternate layer of charcoal and salt around all sides of earth plate all as shown in electric plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009. Note :- All joints either strip to strip of strip to earth plate are fixed with welded joints.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable PCC LT pole of any size any location including earth work and removing/breaking the old PCC in complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of steel work ( brackets,clamps, channels including disc and pin insulators, nut & bolts) from existing pole all as specified and direc ted by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size and depositing to the MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia all as specified complete all as specified and directed..

S & F in replacement of GI strip of size 32 x 6mm beyond 7.5 m beyond earthing lead other places complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of GI pipe 40 mm dia light gradefor mechanical protection to earth strip complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old serviceable PCC/Steel Tubular LT pole of any size any location including earth work and removing/breaking the old PCC in complete and made for reuse and shifting to adjacent location for replanting all as specified and directed.

Errecting of steel tubular/PCC LT pole retrieved against Srl item No 08 here-in-before complete and planted in the earth in PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work and PCC work shall be measured and paid separately.

Notes : The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule(BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
