Bidder should have supplied same or similar Category 01 no. Super Suction Vehicle, in at least one of the last three years to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU / Urban local bodies/Public Listed Company Copies of relevant work done certificate(s) issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Tender inviting authority with satisfactorily completion at least 12 month from the date of supply.

Certificate of Incorporation / Registration under companies Act-1956/2013/LLPAct-2008/Partnership Act / Co-operative Societies Act/the Societies Registration Act or any relevant/ suitable Act in India or abroad or as amended. Certificate of Commencement of Business.

Bidder should be OEM of Super Suction Machine or bidders authorized by OEM of Super Suction Machine. If OEM is participating, they should upload Manufacturing license or bidders authorized by the OEM participating, they should upload valid Authorization certificate issued by the OEM of Super Suction Machine, to ensure highest quality, service and maintenance of the vehicle.

Documentary evidence showing Address and phone number of having Functional Service Centre in Vijayapura City.

Self-declaration Affidavit stating that the firm is not Blacklisted/order cancellation/termination history on a Rs 100.00 stamp paper.

If OEM is participating, they should upload Manufacturing license or bidders authorized by the OEM of base chassis manufacturer participating, they should upload valid Authorization certificate issued by the OEM of base chassis manufacturer, to ensure highest quality, service and maintenance of the vehicle.

Balance sheet/profit & loss statement/Income tax returns statements for last 3 years (Rs. 308.00 Lakhs) (In any two of the last three Financial year) Certified by Auditor. FY (2023-24 to 2025-26)

GST Certificate and PAN CARD.

Line of credit certificate of Rs.46.20 Lakhs (unconditional)
