REPAIRING OF DAMAGED L.T. FEEDER PANNEL AS PER FOLLOWING COMPLETE IN ALL RESPECTS at various places :- (A) Overhauling of LT Feeder Pannel Bus Bar with replacement of Aluminium Bus Bar of size 1050mm x 32mm x 6mm wherever required. (B) Replacement of MCCB rated voltage (UE) 415 V, rating 160 A, UI 690 V, (make L&T / Havells / ABB)/ as per requirement. (C) Aluminium Lugs of size 50mm x 3.5mm. (D) Aluminium Lugs of size 16mm. (E) Repairing / Door welding ofFeeder Pillar Box Panel, Removing of old Panel Gate Feeder Pillar Box its repairing & re-welding / refixing on Panel including providing seprator for each meter. (F) Locking arrangement with Pad Lock. (G) Disconnection & Reconnection of consumer cable. (H) Painting of Feeder Panel Box with one coat of red oxide and two coats of ISI mark Buger / Asian / Narolac Paint. (I) M.S. Nuts & Bolts & other petty items. (J) Earthing of Feedrer Pillar Box with G.I. Strip.
Location and pin pointing of LT cable fault exposing the same in the underground LT cable including digging of trench upto the depth of the cable, cutting the faulty cable and sealing of the faulty cable, high pressure cable (cable fault locator equipment) MOUNTED ON A VEHICLE will be provided by the Agency.
LT cable fault location & trench digging with the help road cutter/digging machine/tractor etc. (size of trench 3 m length & 1.5 m width)
Providing jointer per LT joint for filling of LT straight through jointing kit. (LT straight through jointing kit of Raychem/ 3M/ Denson make will be provided by the contractor).
