Excavation in trenches in soft loose soil including cutting road surfaces n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for poles, stay, cable, pipe etc getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No.1 here-in-before but depth excd 1.5 mtr and n. exc 3 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers each n.exc 25 cm thick in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 mtr above, the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type I, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of cable cover perpendicular to the direction of cable length, adjacent/abutting each other complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand cushioning trenches using fine sand to under ground cable, laid in two layers 8cm before laying the cable & 15cm after laying the cable complete all as specified.

Labour for drilling hole under the road with the help of bocki / by manual or by machine for crossing GI tubing of any size for cable protection complete all as specified and directed

M&L in replacennt of cable protection GI tubing light grade fixed long the pole/under road/along the wall of size 100mm bore with necessary clamps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable protection GI tubing light grade fixed long the pole/under road/along the wall of size 80mm bore with necessary clamps all as directed.

M&L for crossarms in replacement, bracing, supports, clamps and brick plates, fabricated from staructural steel section including nut bolts washers including weldingbending, cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated in drawings or as directed, including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of vertical polymer type switch air break gang operated switch tripple pole mechanically operating mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating up to 200 Amps and working pressure of 11000 volts grade consisting of 4 insulator per pole with 25 mm dia GI medium grade operating handle and locking arrangements fixed with down rod operating brackets complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 11 here-in-before but current rating 400 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying inreplacement of underground XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed galvanised steelstrip (E) armoured (under ground) heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminim conductor 11000 volts (E) grade of cross sectional area 185 Sqmm 3 core conforming to IS-7098 (part-II) 1985 with the latest ammendment laid in trenches/ducts/through pipes/in floor/road/along the pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No.13 here-in-before but of size 120 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Pin type, porcelene insulator including two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of 25 mm dia GI pipe medium grade including locking arrangemet for operating the GOD complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and errecting in true vertical position prestressed concrete poles 11 metre long 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class - 9 including painting of 05 Nos bands/ strips of 30cm wide each with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (black and yellow) at a distance of 30cm from the plinth block upto 1500mm height and marking / sign writing of pole number and feeders locations of pole with thick synthetic enamel paint (white) complete all as specified and directed to match the existing poles. Note : Excavation and PCC work shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour for stay assembly complete comprising of 7/3.15 galvanised stranded stay wire of required length, fixed to pole with and including FI clamps 50 x 6 mm, bolt, nuts washers, GI stay rod 20 mm dia and 1800 mm long, stay bow 400 x14mm, GI steel plate 300x300x6mm, Disc type insulator, porcelain,vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green clearance hole 16mm including two coats of aluminium paint over a one coat of red oxide primer on exposed mild steel work all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 1 of SSR part - I 2009 on Page No 495 compelete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Earth work, PCC work, and Insulator measured and paid separately)

M&L for Providing PCC 1:4:8 type D:2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation for pole/stay assembly foundation coping of poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roviding PCC 1:3:6 type C:2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation for pole/stay assembly foundation coping of poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing PCC 1:2:4 type B:2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreate as in coping of poles incl taking down of old copping of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces and painting to steel structure installed at 66 KV Sub Stn and other substation and applying two coats of aluminium paint on cross arms, bracing, clamps, chanels etC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing lightening arrestor in replacement expulsion type for out door use complete with all fitting station class discharge capacity 65 KA suitable for 11000 volts including bracket, clamps, nuts, bolts washer and connection to each wire complete all as specified and directed. Make-Rashtria/Oblum and all other equivalent makes as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement ACSR conductor (Ferret/Rabbit/ Mink) including straching on OH line including binding on insulators with aluminium binding wire including jumpers and jointing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Weight of ACSR or all aluminium conductor drawn for OH lines is to be measured by measuring tap horizontal distance between centres of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductor of that size and length and 3 % extra added for sag, jointing, jumpers and binding etc. (ii) Weight of conductor shall be calculated from tables given in the relevant I.S.

M/L for end termination indoor heat shrinkable joint suitable for 11KV cable 50 to 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed. Note for Item No 26 to 34 : Excavation & earth work in any type for taking out the existing cable loop to fixing the end joint Cost of excavation is included in quoted rate.

M&L in replacement danger notice plate for HT pole of size 25 cm x 20 cm of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet viterious enamaled white with letter figure and conventional skull and bones "DANGER" (English, Punjabi and Hindi) in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made of 25mm x 3mm MS flat Iron bolts nuts complete including two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of polymer type single disc insulator assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors,working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Mild steel Chequre plate of 5mm thick or over in thickness of Gde Fe 410 W A in replacement of PCC type duct cover quality as directed by Engineer-in-charge for using as cable trench plate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L fo 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces to yard fencing installed at 66 KV Sub Stn and other substation and applying two coats of Black Japan paint on iron structure complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/servicing of existing GOD and decarbonized proper and proper function mechanisim device fixed to nut bolt and use petrolium gel, proper jumpering with and replacement of u/s parts of the GOD Note :- Replacement of items like , Post type Insulator, Male, Female link , tenson spring with copper belt greasing etc measured and paid seprately all as directed.

S&F in repair of Post type polymer insulator for current rating 200-400 amps for GOD 11000 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair HT movable link assembly with barrided copper belt of current rating 200 to 400 Amps for GOD 11000 volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of male link assembly with brass tinned contact for GOD 11000 Volt grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of female link assembly with brass tinned contact for GOD 11000 Volt grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair fuse unit fix link with brass tinned contact for current rating 200 to 400 amps for GOD 11000 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of GOD connecting rod size as per site requirement and suitable for 11000 volt GOD complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of operating handle of the GOD complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old HT ACSR conductor and supply . fixing and testing of Aerial bunch cable (ABC) HT grade 11 KV of size 3 core x 95 sq mm + 1core x 70 sq mm (Bare messenger) constitute of three core stranded compacted circular aluminium conductor screened with black extruded semiconducting compound, natural colour XLPE insulated and one layer of copper tape and covered with black extruded PVC (core identification buy colour tape marking red, yellow and blue with colour tape placed longitudinally under the copper tape ) and one bare messenger wire shall be stranded not compacted circular aluminium alloy conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) Contractor shall use all fittings and accessories to install, erect, and join the AB cable i.e suspension clamp with eye hook, suspension fittings and corresponding eye hook, dead eye hook Nylon tie, Piercing connectors, suspension clamp etc under the quoted rate. (ii) Contractor has to do all kind of tests for HT cable as per EI rule before fixing on poles including factory test report as per PS caluse No 26.15 and cost of all testing is deemed to be including in quoted rates.

Taking down of two pole/four pole structure and supply and fixing out door type HT 11 KV Bus Bar chamber double door size Length 1500mm x Width 1500 mm x Depth 1000mm 4 way (630 Amp rated copper bus bar ) with polymer type Pin Insulator cubical box type dust and vermin proof ground mounted (ground clearance should be not less than 600 mm) fabrication out of 2 mm steel sheet duly powder quoted inside covered with bakelite sheet all as per specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for fault detection in damaged UG cable by using cable fault detector to accuracy of 2 mtr for various location at Tibri Mil Stn of any size and type upto 11KV including the following in quoted rate all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge:- (i) excavation & earthwork in any type of stratra of size 4 x 2 x .60m to usually inspect / reapair the damaged cable when and where required. (ii) Sand cushioning in trenches, supply and laying conncrete cable cover, class HV, type I, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm laid flat in trenches over the cable. (iii) Repair the damaged cable through straight joint as per existing size and made functional. Note :- (i) The fault should be done by 2 Days of time frame after informed by Telephonically/Whatsapp Msg or letter. Falling which Rs. 1000/- per day will be levied from the contractor as penalty. (ii) Joint should be paid separately.

Re-streching of existing ACSR conductor of any size any type as required sag fixed on OH line & insulators/cross Arms on poles properly binding on insulator with alumminum conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for cutting the tree branches passing near the HT OH line of width/ girth not more than 30cm upto 3 meter distance from adjacent pole or four/two pole struction complete all as specified and directed. Note ;- (i) Each span having 35 to 50 mtr distance approximately (ii) All cutting branches of trees shall be thrown away /burnt at approximately 200 to 500 mtr away from site. (iii) Transport to be provided by contractor to thrown away the branches, Cost of Tpt is included is quoted rate. (iv) Pruning the branches as and when required shall be carried out within three days after intimated telephonically/whatsapp msg or by letter to contractor, failing to do so penalty of Rs 400/ per day will be levied on the contractor.

Supply and fixing in replacement of safe high voltage tape roll 15 Mtr length complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of PG clamp size 66 KV line Horizontal and Vertical type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Female clamp suitable for 66 KV line isolator switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Male Link rod in copper suitable for 66 KV line isolator switch size and length as per existing site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces and painting to 4 pole structure PCC poles of height 11 metre, any type (double swan / single swan) with two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5 m height above from ground level (in white and black strips 5 Nosx 30 cm wide each) and applying two coats of aluminium paint on cross arms, bracing, clamps, chanels etc and writing pole number with black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 59 here-in-before but two poles structure complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for painting to panels & feeder pillar box, any sizes, installed at 66 KV Sub Stn with two coats of super enamelled paint of approved colour with spray painting machine including preparation of the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing replacement of nut bolts and washers of sizes as per samples and as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing inreplacement of XLPE insulated PVC Sheathed single core Aluminium unarmoured of 11000 Volts grade cable for using as a jumper in HT overhead line whereever required of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Tinned copper fuse wire capacity 60 Amp SWG 17 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 64 here-in-before but capacity 40 Amp and SWG 19 all as per specified and directed two poles structure.

IS 5216 (Part 1, 2 & 3) IS 8437 and IEC 479 pub -1, tested for break down strength , test elongation properties, insulation resistance efforts of acid, alkaline, diesel and transformer oil leakage, current test, fire test etc having a min width of 100 mm incl all pasting aterials such as Puresin, chemi boundm, hardener ) Special PVC adhesive liquide primer etc suitable for 11000 voltage systm and fixed in elctical installation complete all as specified and directed. Make : Suntex/Jyoti, insulatica or PRI approved and all other equivalent makes as specified.

M&L for precast cement concrete PCC (1:2:4 type B-1 route indicator of size 150x150x900mm with 8 mm dia steel einforcement @ 100 c/c both ways duly engraved " HT CABLE/HT JOINT /FEEDER NO " with two coats synthetic enamel paint first quality fixd with (PCC 1:3:6) below ground level of size 30x30x300mm complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted unit rate is deemed to be included the necessary cost of excavation, returning filling and removal etc.

Material & labour for paint of PCC HT pole with two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5 m height above from ground level (in white and black 5 strips of 30 cm wide each) and applying two coats of aluminium paint on cross arms, bracing, clamps, chanels etc and writing pole number with black synthetic enamel paint including 3x strip of 3 cm widh of light reflective paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old PVC First aid box of size 30 cmx30cmx20cm including necessary first aid material/medicine i.e burn cream, bandage, cotton, detol, pain killer tablet of 10 Nos, cissor, banded-10 Nos and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Shock treatment chart coloured and written in Hindi, punjabi and English including lamination board of size 1mx1m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for magnesium sulphate for using in earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of flexiboard for sub station houses building of size 1.8 mx .50mX0.3M outer frame of board should be make out of aluminium frame of thickness of not less than 3mm. The marking/writing of SUB STATION NO will be make out of radium letter and font size will be decided by Engineer-in -charge. Approximate 15-20 letter to be accomodate within the frame. The box of frame should be provided two nos of LEd bulb of not less thant 15 watt with holder and wire for connection at both ends, The electric connection to be given by means of suitable wire size through conduit from three respective sub stations buildings. the contractor have lto provide the holding arrangemnt on the wall of substation buildings. the contractor have to provide the holding arrangemennt on the wall of pump houses/substation building complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for disconnecting and tightening of loose stay assembly complete with replacing of damage disc type insulator , clamp , nuts bolts, washers, Stay bow and two coats of aluminium paint over the stay wire complete all as specified and directed.
