Reaming of pre-drilled 125 mm dia Bore up to 300 mm using appropriate reamer and changing the reaming tool to Ream up to a Dia of 400 mm and again changing a Reamer to Ream up to 500 mm dia and again changing a multi edged cutting tool (Tricon Bit) to Ream up to dia of 550 mm bore making a highly fished surface of the bore along its circumference up to a drilled depth as per the specifications laid down in IS 2800 (Part I) of 1997 with up to date amendments if any using direct Rotary method in all kinds of soils, boulders, rocks collapsible strata, saturated, soils, artisan conditions up to depth of 150 meters below ground level. The job is inclusive of all required attachments of the drilling reaming machinery & consumables, stores, water, bentonite powder, fuel, lubricants and charges on account of electricity water hauling testing of vertical alignment. The bore surface and finish has to be up to the best satisfaction of engineers in charge of the site

Providing and lowering of 300 mm dia MS Casing pipe blind/slotted of 08mm thickness of SAIL/JINDAL/SURYA PARKASH and fabrication of conical bail plug at the extreme lower edge. The job includes length to length joining of pipe lengths by welding over V groove created by beveling to ensure the robust jointing as per lithology obtained from exploration results. The job also includes strengthening of pipe joints by 04 vertical MS stiffeners each of size 25mm 300 mm 08 mm to avoid any mishap or shearing of welded joints at high stress points. Moreover vertical alignment should be checked at all joints to ensure an exact coaxial alignment of the well assembly. The job includes beveling of the pipe in case beveling is not proper or damaged during transit to be done by a grinder at site. The job also includes anchoring of pipe assembly lowered at ground level by suitable size channel Iron lengths with MS round collar welded to the circumference of pipe assembly above ground level to avoid sinking. Providing and shrouding of Pea gravel duly sieved on size corresponding to slot size in linear pipe assembly. The Gravel should be free firm silt, sand, clay and other river borne impurities. The Job includes the cost of extraction of Gravel from Stream, transportation, loading, un loading and shrouding of the same in drilled well at the site.

Development of Tube Well shall be done in accordance with IS: 2800 Part Ist IS: 11189 to establish usable water yield without sand content with required capacity of Air Compressor. Running the compressor of required capacity till the well is fully developed. After completion of development the well is tested for its performance that is yield characteristics. Measuring of yield by V-Notch method or any other approved method. Job includes measuring of Static and Draw Down Levels of the well. The grounding and sealing of tube well has to be done to ensure safe sanitary conditions. An apron around the well (mix shall be M10 grade) & slopping away from it to protect the well from pollution has to be constructed to prevent contaminated water flowing back into it. The casing pipe is to be anchored within the apron by welding ISMC-150 steel bracing with crates & sufficient welding area 2 mtr length each bracing embedded within the apron (4 bracing). The complete well thus constructed is to be handed over to the territorial mechanical division for harnessing.
