Providing and applying white cement based putty (Birla or equivalent )of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth including all carriages complete

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint including one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manifacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work including all carriages complete

Easing of doors and windows including jack planing and replacing of ms butt hinges wherever necessary and all other wooden repairs complete job

Renewing float glass panes 4 mm thick with wooden fillets wherever necessary wt of glass not less than 10 kg/Sqm all complete job.
