RR damages of Augmentation of LWSS Khorni Nallah to Kathasu and construction of sustainability structure and reservoir from Khorni Nallah to village Mural Batar Barjai Stai Badhal-II in GP Barthata Kathasu and Badhal in Tehsil Jubbal Distt Shimla HP

Excavation in foundation,trenches (for pipes & pits) up to all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming & dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring/strutting, planking,timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the usable & unusable material/soil separaterly & after laying, jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 Cm layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic,night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer - in - charge.

Cutting of threaded pipe dia 65mm (L) from both sides of socket to plain ended pipe for butt welding complete as per the entire satisfection of Engineer in Charge.

Laying, butt welding and testing of ISI marked steel tubes plain ended in trenches of following dia as per IS 1239-2001, including jointing the pipes with butt welding at both the ends according to relevant BIS standards/approved specifications including manufacturing reducers/tapers, all short pices and bends as per site requirement and made from parent tubes ( to be measurer and paid alongwith pipes. Bends shall be manufactured in such a way that not more than 111/4 degree deflection is caused by a single cut and internal dia is not reduced including hydraulic testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The damaged portion of galvanization due welding shall be provided with anticorrosive treatment by providing two coats of bituminous paint over priming coat as per AWWA specification C-203-1978. (Earth work to be measure & paid for separately).

Providing, welding and fixing M.S. plate flanges of various dia (nominal bore) of following Flange Tables confirming to IS 6392-1971 or latest with up to date ammendments to ERW after 100 mtr. pipe or as per site requirement including cutting of of pipes wherever required, welding in three layers (leak proof) confirming to specifications as prescribed in relvent I.S. Code i.e. IS 816-1969 with electrode as per IS: 814-1991 or latest as applicable with up to date ammendments with nuts, bolts & washers & specials etc. confirming to IS-1963 or latest with up to date ammendments including packing sheet i.e. asbestos fibre sheet minimum 3mm thick and painting with anticorosive paints complete in all respect in all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.
