Providing and applying of Post construction Anti-termite treatment by drilling 12mm dia. holes at distance of 30cm @ junction of wall and floor about 300mm aprt deep enogh to reach the soil below and chemical emulsion (PREMISE, IMIDACHLOPRIED 30.5SC OF BAYER MAKE mixed with 47.5 ltr water) pumped these holes to soak the soil @ 1 ltr soulation of each hole as per manufactures specification and the holes should be pluged with filling materials including cost of all material, labour conveyance and hiring charges of machinaries all taxes as per direction of EIC.

Cement concrete 1:3:6using 4cm size bhg. Metal with cost carriage of all materials and labour etc.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size chips of approved quality etc.comp.

Earthwork in hard soil with initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods upto 5cm to 7cm size and laying in layers each layer not exceeding 0.3m in depth etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP-63:2018.

R.C.C. work of M-20 using 20 mm and dowm graded cb. Chips with cost carriage of all materials etc. complete.
