Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
Surface Excavation: Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth up to 1.0 KM and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed soil to be leveled and neatly dressed etc. completed and disposing off the surplus materials to a maximum lead of 1.0 KM. radius as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidation & dressing complete.
FILCRETE: Design, supply and place filcrete of pumpable consistency for backfilling below ground level and encasing, with cement, sand, and fly ash mix of M-5 grade inclusive of all materials, tools, formwork, plants, etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: No recovery shall be made against use of deparmental stone for this item.
Supplying of anti termite chemical / emulsion in sealed containers as specified Chlorpyriphos emulsifiable concentration of 20% IS mark and deposited in civil store along with voucher.
Anti termite Treatment : Transporting the anti termite chemical from the civil store and providing anti termite treatment with 1% aqua’s emulsion of cholropyriphos 20% EC for the bottom and sides of foundation and trenches etc., the back fill in immediate contact with foundation, the top surface of filled up earth inside the plinth, the junctions of walls and plinth, the junctions of floors and walls and the soil along external perimeter of building as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. To make 1% aqua’s emulsion adds 19 liters of water in one chloropyrifos 20% EC. (The plinth area of building shall be measured for payment purpose).Note: The empty containers to be disposed/buried as per relevant standard procedure and as directed by Engineer In charge.
Providing and laying Thermo-Mechanically Treated reinforcement bars of grade Fe-500D or more or as specified in drawings/specifications and as directed by engineer conforming to IS : 1786 latest revision or the latest relevant code for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with 20 gauge annealed binding wire and cement mortar cover block of all size in C.M. 1:2 MIX etc. all complete at all levels- as per drawings , specifications & direction of engineer in charge. Notes: 1. Chairs, Spacers, supports and approved laps which are embedded in the concrete shall be measured and paid in this item. 2. Reinforcement steel used for formwork and its supports shall not be paid.
Providing and laying in position site batched design mix cement concrete for PCC(plain cement concrete)/RCC (reinforced cement concrete) work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Ceiling Plastering : Providing and laying 6mm thick cement plaster (1 cement : 3 sand) in single coat on RCC ceiling face for interior plastering at all levels including necessary grooves at the junction of RCC and brickwork arises, internal rounded angle, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth including scaffoldings, finishing, curing etc. all complete as per specifications and direction of engineer.
External Painting :Supplying and applying weather proof exterior emulsion paint of make Asian paint apex (code 0012) / Nerolac excel / Weather coat smooth of Berger as approved of required shade on New work Two coats including base coat of exterior wall primer of make Asian exterior wall primer (0065) / Nerolac exterior primer / Weather coat exterior primer of Berger as approved after cleaning / scrubbing of the surfaces with wire brushes, soft brushes, sand papers, steel sheet scrappers and mechanical grinder etc. for removing all kind of burrs, imperfections, undulations and other such defects existing in the surface including filling surface imperfections such as holes, dents, cracks by using mixture of white cement & fine sand (in the ratio of 1:3) to achieve plain & even surface. The item rate include spreading of suitable clean protection covering on all exposed surfaces to protect them from staining. All surfaces surrounding to painted area such as window / ventilator frames, glass pans etc. shall be cleaned to sparkling clean condition using suitable thinners, detergents, chemical cleaners etc. under the scope of the item. including the cost of materials, labour etc. all complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Painting to be taken up after attending all seepage / leakage problem. No peel off of paint & seepage spots shall be allowed.
Internal Painting :Supply and applying premium emulsion paint of make Asian paint premium emulsion (product code 011) / Nerolac Beauty gold / Rangoli fashion finish of Berger as approved to give an even shade: - Two coats on new work including priming coat with approved cement primer of make Asian Deco prime wall primer (0360) / Nerolac water thinnable cement primer / BP cement primer water thinnable of Berger as approved after cleaning / scrubbing of the surfaces with wire brushes, soft brushes, sand papers, steel sheet scrappers and mechanical grinder etc. for removing all kind of burrs, imperfections, undulations and other such defects existing in the surface to achieve plain & even surface. The item rate include spreading of suitable clean protection covering on all exposed surfaces to protect them from staining. Providing and fixing fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia. wire and 1.4mm wide aperture with matching wood beading in Panelled door.

The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. Supplying, Drilling/Cleaning hole and injecting Hilti make ETA approved HIT-RE500-V4 chemical. The chemical should have ETA approval for 100 years service life & seismic rebar as a minimum qualifying criteria. The chemical should also be tested with different rock types to perform. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/ self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required, ridges or hips, gutters for draining water etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer. Notes: 1. The cost of purlins, rafters and trusses shall be paid in relevant items. 2. Payment shall be done on basis of measurement of actual finished item.

For current ratings above 1600A, forced cooling arrangement (Fan with hood) will be provided to achieve desired temperature rise & degree of protection. 17) The maximum temperature rise at any point on bus bar and the joints shall not be more than 40⁰C over an ambient of 45⁰ C. 18) Current density of Busbar shall be calculated based on temp rise & other calculation factor, for 600A & below ratings, Current density of aluminium shall be minimum 0.8 Amps per sqmm for rated current of bus bars and current density of copper shall be min 1.60 Amps per sqmm for rated current of bus bars. 19) Design calculations for temperature rise of bus bars to be submitted for bus bars having higher current ratings than 600A. 20) Panel manufacturer should have valid Type Test Certificates for short Time withstand current test of 50kA for 1.0 Sec, D.O.P and temperature rise on similar panels, from CPRI Bhopal/Bangalore. 21) Panel stand shall be provided for wall mounted panel / MDB's including powder coated sheet on all three sides. & Panel Height & Depth must be shall be as per comments on GA Drawings as per location. 22) Main Lighting Panel shall have Provision to fire suppression system. 23) Surge Suppressor type B+C with 160A 4P FUSE back up protection in MLTP & all outdoor Panels and Type-C with 125A 4P FUSE back up protection for all Indoor Panels & Separate compartment shall be provided for surge devices (*Surge Arrestor shall be proivded only as per below Panels mentioned). 24) All live parts of conductor should be cover with Polycarbonate / acrylic sheet at incomer / outgoing links, cable alley / bus bar chamber etc. improve safety standards as possible. 25) RYB Colored PVC Sleeve shall be provided inplace of Sticker. 26) Cable Alley compartment width & depth shall be sufficient as per numbers of cables & size of cables, must be as per comments. 27) All Indoor Panels cable entry shall have provision for both Top / Bottom side.
