Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished fair and even, mixed wth water proofing compound admixture (if directed) as per manufacturer's instruction, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC will measuered and paid separatly under relevant item of schedule.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall finsihed fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling finsihed fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered surfaces of walls by mechanical means using power-operated disc sanders (long-reach/giraffe type) equipped with integrated industrial vacuum dust extraction systems (HEPA filter compliant) to ensure dust-free execution. (Manual scraping shall only be permitted in corners and areas inaccessible to the machine), rectifying minor cracks and undulations using Acrylic Wall Putty and primer to achieve a smooth, even surface. and applying one coat of white wash on Walls complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Item includes provision of necessary scaffolding suitable for height upto 12 mtr, protection of existing flooring/fixtures, safety and disposal of debris, all complete as specified and as directed.

Note : (i) The painting finishes shall be done by using Airless Spray Painting Technology to achieve a uniform, streak-free matte finish. (ii) Item includes provision of necessary scaffolding suitable for height upto 12 mtr, protection of existing flooring/fixtures, safety and disposal of debris, all complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated plastered wall by mechanical means using power-operated disc sanders (long-reach/giraffe type) equipped with integrated industrial vacuum dust extraction systems (HEPA filter compliant) to ensure dust-free execution (Manual scraping in restricted corners and areas inaccessible to machines); rectifying of minor cracks and surface undulations using Acrylic Wall Putty followed by fine-sanding to achieve a smooth, even substrate and applying two coat of 1st Quality Acrylic Distemper (Ready Mixed) of approved manufacturer and shade, having VOC content < 50 gms/litre, over and including one coat of water based wall primer, complete all as specified and as directed.
