Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces of sunken floors duly mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items in this schedule.

Material and labour for application of one coat of water based bitumen emulsion primer at the rate of 0.3 litre per SQM after cleaning of the surfaces thoroughly from dust, dirt and projections and applying water proofing treatment with APP polymeric membrane of weight 3 kilogram per SQM and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non oven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/SQM) over that a coat of blown bitumen of 85 / 25 at the rate of 1.2 kilogram per SQM over that providing a sand layer of 25mm thick thick in sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection laid in alternative bays finished even and smooth without using extra cement including making 10 mm wide grooves to full depth at 3 m interval and at every change of direction and filling the grooves with mixture of bitumen and sand mixed in the ratio of 1:3 by weight and top 10 mm depth sealed with sealing compound grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8 ) type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 75 mm thick as in sub-base to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for designer rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tiles with mixture of grey and white cement in equal proportions with pigments of size 300 x 300 x 22mm or 250 x 250 x 22mm thick and set and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over a screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, 15mm thick for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete(nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roof, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.
