Dismantling of existing damaged Bitumen surface by cold Milling Machine up to 50 mm depth and hauling the milled material up to 10 km and stacking at nearest recycling Plant site (HSR 17.43.2)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per technical clause 503 of MORT&H specifications (HSR 17.26.2)

Providing & laying 50 mm DBM using the reclaimed material to the extent of 30% per cent of the required quantity after carrying out necessary check and evaluation, adding fresh mateerial including rejuvenation as required, grade, level and thickness, all as specified in clause No.519. (5th revision) 2013 using bitumen VG-30 (minimum Bitumen content 4.50% i/c bitumen of retrieved material as per job mix formula) using 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant with appropriate arrangement for use of R.A.P, appropriate roller and with hydraulic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade. The milled material to be used in DBM shall be minimum 80% of the theoretical quantity. Note:- If bitumen required is more than 4.50% as per job mix formula, no xtra payment will be paid. Extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work. (HSR 17.43.1)

Providing and laying 30 mm bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4% per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 507 of per MORTH specifications. (HSR 17.31.4) Note:- If bitumen required is this account more than 5.4% as per Job Mix Formula no extra payment will be made, extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work.

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade. (HSR 34.49)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including Reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. (HSR 34.26) Note:- Before start of work the contractor shall give brand, batch no. manufacturing date of the material to be used and get approved the same from Engineer-in-Charge before use.

Construction of Embankment (for berms) with apporved Material obtained from Borrow pits, including compensation of earth, with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2, as per technical clause 305 of MORT&H specifications. (HSR 17.6) Note:- No earth work will be allowed to be taken from PWD B&R / ROW except for surplus earth approved from Engineer.

Reinforced cement concrete M25 grade village board size 1.85 x 0.90 x 0.75 m of standard design, fixing in position including painting and printing etc. complete as per PWD specification, minimum reinforcement 16 kg, embedded in ground up to 55 cm, in M-15 concrete foundation 600 x700 x 145 mm, as per Haryana PWD specification (HSR 34.27.5)

Providing & Laying 150mm Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material-Grading-I (Table:-400-2) Construction of granular sub base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.of MORT&H specifications. (HSR 17.15.1) Note:-1. Only crushed metal material should be use. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index. (PI). 2. Material to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by the engineer.

Providing and Laying 80 mm thick ISI marked interlocking Paver Blocks conforming to IS 15658:2006/IRC SP 63: 2004 of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M 40 over the bed of 30 mm thick fine sand complete in all respect. [HSR 17.69.2]

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs, edgings etc. as per approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar 1 :3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand), including the cost of required centering, shuttering complete.1:1½ :3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand(zone-111) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (HSR 6.39.1)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - CC1:4:8 ( 1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) (HSR 6.1.6)

Providing and laying of chequered precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). Ordinary cement without any pigment. (HSR 10.30.4)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead All kind of soil. (HSR 4.14.1)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-CC 1 : 1½: 3 ( 1 cement : 1. 5 coarse sand (zone-Ill): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (HSR 6.14.1)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor four level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-111) : 3 cum graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (HSR 6.15.1)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints,spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect below plinth level. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods of binding & placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of Grade Fe-500 D. (HSR 6.33.6)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : (b) Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) sqm including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. (HSR 6.29.2)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, cumroofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor four level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1: 1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-111) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (HSR 6.16)

Recovery:- The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency. Material obtained from dismantling of existing brick work, bituminous layer, granular layers have been calculated taking assumption that 80% of theoretical material will be retrieved.The dismantled material can used in any of the item for the work after modification (bringing it to required specifications) after approval from employer. In case it is not possible to use this material on the work, the agency can take away this material. This material can be taken away by the agency at the price quoted by the agency but minimum price to be quoted is limited to reserve price as fixed and mentioned as under:- (i) Old Bitumen Material @ 1810/- P. Cum Note:- In case of any difference in the unit & nomenclature of any of the HSR items depicted in this DNIT and that given in HSR. the unit and nomenclature given in HSR Shall be applicable. ii) In case of any difference in the unit of any Non- schedule items depicted in this DNIT and the Conventional unit of that N.S Item as per practice in this department the conventional unit as per practice shall be applicable
