Copping -Providing and laying cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, levelling course etc up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish : 12mm thick.

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 20mm thick .

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made ofangles, tees, square bars,flats,or black pipe with holdfast andfittings complete as per design and drawing including cuttingwelding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide

Exterior finishing :- Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (two or more coat applied @1.67/ ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm.)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :
