Operation & Maintenance of Fire Fighting systems consists of Fire Hydrants, Fire Alarm, Sprinkler and all other installations to protect from fire incidents duly providing the skilled, semi-skilled man power such as Firemens (3nos), Supervisors (1no), servicing and all repairs to the systems during the contract period with full preparedness and readiness to tackle any fire incidents round the clock on all days as detailed in the special conditions of the contract. The scope also includes maintenance of all fire fighting equipments like pumps, motors, diesel engine driven pumps including batteries, panels, packing rope, changing hydrants valves, sluice valvles underground valvles, sprinkler system, fire alarm system with main control panel, MCB's Hooters etc, with performance guarantee to the service Standards mentioned in the special conditions inclusive of all charges, incidental charges etc., (For Swarnajayanthi, Maitrivanam and Maitrivihar Commercial Complexes).
