Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone M.Sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supply and Delivery of MS Square Pipe including cost and conveyance all labour charges etc complete.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) 250 mm thick, including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory Soil Compactor to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as pwe clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Supply and Filling of 6mm Chips including all charges etc., complete

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supply and fixing of GI Pipe 80mm dia including cost and conveyance all Labour charges etc complete.

Supply and fixing of GI Pipe 50mm dia including cost and conveyance all Labour charges etc complete.

Cost and Supply of 100 Watts High Bay Light including Wiring all labour charges

Service Main 7/20 Service Wire

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Artificial Football Grass Specifications - Natural quartz silica sand, available in either 16/30 or 10/24 grade (commonly referred to as Sugar Size), at a rate of 2.5 kilograms per square foot. Adhesive options include ,Envirostik PU, Mapei Ultra Bond Turf– PU 2K, Fevicol SR998 or KDF any other equivalent brand.Expert labour and machinery will be employed for the installation process, which includes the use of white grass of Bellin Turf or CC grass with a 14/10 cm stitch rate and a density of 8,820 stitches per sqm, a 50 mm pile height for white line markings, and the application of white non-woven seaming tape for the joints

Net Covering - Side Net: Use Garware brand black braided netting with a thickness of 2.5mm and a mesh size of 50mm for the side netting at the height of 9 meters.

Net Covering - Top Net: For the top netting, Garware brand black twisted net with a thickness of 1mm and a mesh size of 40mm will be employed.
