S&F 100mm long butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled, mild steel complete all as specified.

S&F 250 mm long aluminium anodised sliding door bolt with hasp,staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded section and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs aluminium powder coated fancy curtain rails plain or colour 25 mm dia as approved with teak wood finishing brackets and knobs complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain Aluminium sheeting Alloy 31000 H4 in stepped flashing (measured as the minimum rectangle from which the pieces can be cut) complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully old aluminium anodised door frame / door shutter fixed type window complete and refixing it after repairing of door frame/door shutter, pintle hinges, removing and refixing of door closer etc incl hinges and all fittings complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top & buttom rails. M.S. Frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC shees for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing on SI page No 156 of SSR Part-II complete.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing on SI page No.160 of SSR Part-II complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for aluminium powder coated louvered ventilators of heavy duty Jindal section frame & shutter of appropriate sizes with aluminium members for holding glass strips including necessary locking arrangements etc complete all as shown in drawings & as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. S&F 4mm thick frosted glass strips complete fixed to louvered type aluminium ventilators all as shown on drawings specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass ( any thckness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and removal from the site complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass panes, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty including steel pin in square n.exc 0.5sq.m in each pane fixed to steel frame complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour for 12mm dia mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washes and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 15cm and n exc 22.5cm long complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labor for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of 7 to 8mm thick ( Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.38 Sqm as in floors etc conforming to IS-13712, grade B-II-(a) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including cement screed bed/bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for non- skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) conforming to IS 13712 grade B-II (a), approved make and colour shade, area of each tile 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for Lacquer coated Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm/ 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over and incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:6 all as specified.

Materials and labour for glazed ceramic tiles coloured of size 300 x 200mm x 7 mm thick fixed on vertical surfaces such as dado etc conforming to IS - 13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including provision of backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings,heads, shoes,bends, swan-necks, etc, including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) half round 150mm bore with rounded edges incl all accessories like bend T etc for eaves gutter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repiar 150 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with necessary clamps,bolts etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repair 150 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) 75mm bore pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/ laid in trenches or in floor all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing white vitreous china wash down closet pan (pedestal pattern) EWC, of size 570 x 460 x 380 mm with 'P' or 'S' trap, including fixing bolts, plastic water closet seat and cover, closed pattern with flat bottom, and mild steel chromium plated or aluminium anodised hinging device, making all necessary connections and making good the disturbed surfaces of floor complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix in repair 10 litre capacity low level PVC flushing cisterin (white), syphonic action type, with inlet, ball valve,float, handle, fixed with cast iron bracket (of suitable size) and providing 32 mm dia PVC flush pipe and making all necessary connections complete all as specified & directed. Make ; Cera Cat No. B1010101 or equivalent approved as specified.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china, white colour flat back, wash hand basin of size 55 x 40 x 79cm fixed with brackets, including providing 32 mm bore PVC waste pipe, 32 mm bore CP waste coupling and making all necessary connectrions complete as directed. Make : Cera Model CORNET Cat No 1008 or equivalent approved .

Supply and fix PVC connections 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make : Prayag Cat No 323 or equivalent approved.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel water tubings including fittings etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls / ceilings etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fix galvanised steel water tubing 15 mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls/ceiling or laid in floors complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 64 above but fixing only old serviceable steel water tubing retrieved from item No.63 with and including new fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plasterd surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper incl one coat of primer over one coat of suitable birla super wall care putty on new surfaces of walls all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old aluminium/copper point wiring for one light, socket or power etc incl all fittings such as switches sockets, holders, light fittings, fan regulators etc and keeping aside all as directed.

Dismantling of main switch board of sheet metal wooden etc including main switch, MCB, DB, change over with MCB/MCCBs etc complete for replacement or reuse all as directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable light fittings of any description and keeping aside for replacement or reuse all as directed.
