Material & Labour for painting of transformer after cleaning the body surface of transformer by rubbing with emery paper to remove oil stains and dust etc. including surface preparation complete and applying one coat of synthetic enameled grey paint by using spray gun machine complete for the following capacity of transformer :-

Dehydration and filtration of the existing transformer/servo voltage stablizer oil by dehydration machine brought at site in running condition to achieve di-electric strength of 40 KV at the gap of 2.5 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Dehydration machine shall be provided/brought at site by the contractor) and shall also include the following provisions :- (a) Testing of transformer /servo voltage stablizer oil before & after dehydration shall be carried out as directed. (b) Contractor will maintain a register of dehydration and filtration of each and every eqpt as per format given by Engr-in-charge and submit the same to Engr-in-charge.

Supply and filling transformer oil for topping up of min BDV 50 KV or replacement in different existing transformers outdoor/indoors type of any capacity located and installed at different places and different height complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: - Transformer Oil:- The entire quantity of transformer oil shall be procured in sealed container.

Supply and replacement of dehydrating agents (Silca gel)/breather assy if required in transformers of capacity upto 1000 KVA outdoor/indoor type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and replacement of LT bushing (Brass stud and bolts with porcelian insulator) suitable size to fixed the transformer capacity range 63 to 400 KVA including replacement of gasket , cable glands, etc to make the transformer leak proof complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S.clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT of 20x15cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of cable route indicator of HT and LT cable with capacity and location of plate size 20cmx20cmx3mm made of GI plate with angle iron 20mmx20mm and 60cm long. Note:- PCC work shall be measured and paid separately complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Conductive Concrete Earth Grid of multiple interconnected Earth Electrodes to achieve the earth resistance value of less than < 5 Ω. The excavation is to be carried out in any type of soil including hard rock. The approx specification are as under:- (i) Earth Electrodes: Metal conductor - Copper bonded MS rod dia 17.2 mm (+/-.5mm), Length 2.25 meter with conductive concrete including provision of bore 65 mm dia, 2.25 meter Length of earth electrode. (ii) All earth electrodes (min two nos) should be installed to achieved the desired result . (iii) Interconnected Strip: All the multiple Earth Electrodes will be horizontally interconnected with metal conductor - Copper strip flat size : 25mm x 3 mm & conductive concrete embedding size : 60 mm². (iv) Test Link : Test links - Copper strip flat size : 40 mm x 6 mm x 200 mm shall be provided, at any one of the multiple Earth Electrodes of the grid for connection between earth grid pit and application. (v) Pit Cover : RCC pit cover & frame shall be provided at all Earth Electrode (with test links).

Note :- (a) Bidder shall produce certificate for resistivity of conductive concrete. (b) Fault Current Tested at 40 KA Peak With 17.2mm copper bonded rod . (c ) On completion of work Engineer in charge will check the earth resistance , Contractor will re-do the earth if earth resistance value is more than 5 Ohm if value not found as per contract the necessary action to be taken by the contactor for achieving the desire result. (d) All connecting strips would be of copper of size 20x3 mm and cost of the same is included in the rate quoted, upto test point. (e) Test certificate of earthing material for ROHS compliance, Resistivity value and fault current test for electrode from certified NABL laboratory shall be submitted. (f) Contractor will annually check the resistance value of earth grids after completion of work (g) The vendor to provide CPRI test report for current greater than 20 KA with peak at 40 KA, The report shall not be more then 5 year old from the date of tender. (h) The product should be ROHS compliance. (k) The contractor has to submit unconditional guarantee for 10 years. (l) The earthing to be carried out by OEM only. The MOU in this respect to be submitted by contractor to GE.

Material & Labour for excavation by trench less boring technology for holes under road pavement, hardstanding using ultra sound technique and engaging necessary machine including HDPE pipe ISI marked of dia 150 mm suitable for .4 Mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed. Note: HDPE pipe and marking good the disturbed surface is deemed to be included in rate quoted by contractor).

Material & Labour for cement concrete type B- 1, 1:2:4 using 20mm grade aggregate as in foundation mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting worn out HT cable connections any size from HT RMUs/ VCBs/ transformer/ compact sub station cutting worn out leads (near lugs ), re fixing new aluminium lugs any size, cleaning the insulator and post of cable conector with 2-26 CRC solution , insulating with HT tape , connecting the cables with post top and testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair/ servicing of 400 to 1250 A 11 KV mechanism/ calibration of HT VCB with highly skilled mechanic specialist in electric HT breakers line, by taking out trolley, decarbonizing of all parts using CRC-2-26 spray, checking of all fixed and moving parts, tightening of all nuts & bolts, dressing, cleaning of contacts by using emery paper for fine/smooth contact, tightening of all connections, checking of alignment for easy moving of breaker, checking of ON/ OFF operation with setting of buffer gap adjustment, inspecting the wiring of IDMT relays contact travel contact alignments, roller gap, hard or light setting of breaker greasing of all moving mechanism complete including calibration of IDMT relays (Set of two) over current and one earth fault for healthy tripping of over current and earth fault, adjust tripping time flag setting, ratio setting, instantaneous time setting etc as per installed capacity of transformer to be saved on maximum Short circuit current with considering of percentage impedance of transformers with artificial current injunction on primary side with current injunction machine and setting of relays to make as per the CT ratio complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Calibration will be carried out by auth contractor/ Tech and test certificate will be kept on record.

Repair/ servicing of 400/ 630 A 11 KV mechanism/ calibration of HT RMU having two incoming and one out going VCB by highly skilled mechanic specialist in electric HT breakers line,by taking out breaker mechanism, decarborizing of all parts using CRC-2-26 spray, checking of all fixed and moving parts, tightening of all nuts & bolts, dressing, cleaning of contacts by using emery paper for fine/smooth contact, tightening of all connections and ON/OFF operation with setting of buffer gap adjustment complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair/ servicing of compact sub station including dry type transformer of various capacity and all other switchgears such as VCB etc. with air blower and necessary insulation and 11 KV breaker with highly skilled mechanic specialist in electric HT breakers line, decarborizing of all parts using CRC-2-26 spray, checking of all fixed and moving parts, tightening of all nuts & bolts, dressing, cleaning of contacts by using emery paper for fine/ smooth contact, tightening of all connections, checking of all electric connection and ON/OFF operation with setting of buffer gap adjustment complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling of SF6 gas in existing RMUS by the trained technician at various location of GE (AF) Subroto Park including opening of valve connected in RMU upper chember and testing pressure after refilling the gas SF6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for taking out the existing transformer /DG sets of any capacity with the help of crane from damaged / shrukned PCC plateform and shifted to nearby location after disconnectiong the incoming and out going cables, earthing strips etc. After shifting the transformer reconnecting the incoming and out going cables earthing strips etc to restore the power supply for the period in which the existing plateform is dismentled and re-constructed under the seperate item of schedule. reshifting the same transformer to its original position after construction of PCC plateform and re-connecting the all cables, earthing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Design, supply, install, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made LT Panel indoor type, cubical enclosure compartmentalized external and internal mirror type brushed suitable for highly corrosive environment, high creep resistance, better mechanical properties like ductility, yield strength, hardness etc.The enclosure shall be made of 2.00 mm thick stainless steel sheet SS316 sheet. The fixing of double doors shall be on SS hinges with anti-theft provision. All fabrication/welding shall be done with TIG/MIG or as approved by Engineer in charge suitable for SS 316. Sliding handle and locking arrangement front and rear both side. Enclosure shall be suitable for AC supply system 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz. Degree of protection shall be IP-54. The enclosure shall have provision of cable entry. Cable entry from bottom side including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper wire, 1100 volts grade. The panel shall consist of 1200 Amps rating TPN aluminium bus bars and shall be provided with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves. The panel shall be provided with separate compartments for each switch gear, including instrumentation such as Ampere meter, Volt meter, phase indicating lamps etc with double stud hinged door, front & rear openable with locking arrangement including interlocking with switch gears and suitable for 1100 Volts grade, 3 Phase, 415 Volts, 50 cycles, AC Supply and to with stand short circuit fault level of not less than 10KA. The panel shall be fixed with angle iron frame made of angles of size 50 X 50 X 6mm, embedded 200 mm below ground level in PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate, 600 mm above ground level and comprising the following:-

Supply & Fixing in repair stainless steel 304 series board of size 5'x3' written both side.Board frame made of SS 304 series 16 gauge 25mm wide. The board shall be sheathed with 5mm thick ACP sheet with reflective tape of blue colour high intensity plastic (HIP) on both side, letter shall be written in white colour the size is 4'' ht, as approved by Engr-in-charge/GE including necessary vertical SS post 304 series, 50mm dia height of 7.5 ft and top mouth closed with SS cap including excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exe. 0.5 cum, getting out,returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm and necessary cement concrete in foundations,filling and mass concrete type c2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for dismantling of old/ abandoned PCC 2 pole/ 4 pole structure with foudation/ couping from various locations at subroto Park and taking out from station including stay and other items complete all as directed. Note:- All dabries/ concrete of poles shuld be cleared from the site and contractor deposit debries out site from the station.
