Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc.and removal of form for·Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. Single socketed pipes 75 mm diameter

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:In cement mortar

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Strctural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.Welded

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet coloured roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2--Coloured as per enginer incharge.

Providing and laying Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing, cleaning and curing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) . Ordinary cement without any pigment.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead : of area of 3 sqm. and below

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Second class deodar wood

Renewing glass panes and re-fixing existing wooden fillets: Float glass panes of thickness 4.0 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (one or more coats) and of required shade on old work to give an even shade.

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liters/10sqm on existing cement paint surface)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work.

Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on new steel work Two or more coats.

Supplying and stacking at site earth with spreading, ramming, curring and levelling in fine shape as per enginer incharge.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 meter openable length ( total length 90m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 meter length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart , all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ meter (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying Vitrified Floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.Size of tile 600x600 mm.
