M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, length of bolt exceeding 15 cm but not exceeding 30 cm and dia of neck 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 15 cm but not exceeding 22.5 cm and dia of neck 16 to 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel hold fasts, bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, brackets/clamps for eaves/barge boards and valley gutter and similar articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminum sheet (Galvalume) GI based trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminum sheet (Galvalume) GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall/valley gutters, fixed with self tapping screws including scoffolding for a height upto 12.0 metres complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

S&F polycarbonate reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with side lap of two corrugations, fixed with coach screws and both bitumem and metal washer fixed in roofs, walls etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminum flat iron wind ties of any size and thickness fixed with self tapping screws for fixing roofing sheets complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers.

S&F 19/20mm thick plywood boarding, grade BWR, type BB as in eaves/barge boards fixed with screws on flat iron/timber frame work support complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glossy finished chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, made of grey cement and pigments, machine pressed as in flooring, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic coloured tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) of approved shade, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm as in floors etc., laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 9mm thick wooden laminated flooring consisting of individual floor panels interlocked in tongue and groove pattern, laid over a bottom layer of 4mm thick polyurethane foam fixed on the floor surface with synthetic rubber adhesive, flooring provided with suitable moulded beading along the perimeter and at door openings, duly melamine polished to match the flooring pattern and shade complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE: PERGO (AC-3) or equivalent ISI marked as approved by GE.

M&L for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with size of grid 605mm x 605mm all as specified in SSR Part-I 2009, hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat iron 40x3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including cutting, drilling, jointing etc., 6mm thick non-asbestos fibre cement building design boards fixed or laid/ inserted to aluminium frame work with screws and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two coats 5mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for anodised aluminium partition, window and door/ventilator with frame and shutters and grill fully or partly glazed, sliding/openable/fixed fully glazed and panels fixed with panels inserts 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board/sheet glass including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber beading, neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodized aluminium fittings such as handles, aluminium butt hinges, aluminium tower bolts etc. The size of aluminium section shall be all as specified in relevant IS Code and SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: (i) Supply only floor spring, glass, Imax hinges, SS friction hinges, particle board, aluminium fly proof mesh will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ. (ii) Weight of aluminium section only shall be accounted for the purpose of payment. However unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for cost of rubber beading, neoprene packing, fittings such as handles, butt hinges, tower bolts, rollers for sliding windows, locking arrangement and fixing only of panel inserts of glass/ particle board/aluminium fly proof mesh etc. (iii) Weight of aluminium handle, butt hinges, tower bolts shall not be accounted for payment purpose.

Supply only 4.0 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with aluminium glazing clips in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 6.3 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with aluminium glazing clips in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side with balancing white lamination complete all as specified and as directed.
