Past perfromance : Tenderer with satisfactory past performance for the tendered item (with same/equivalent drawing/specification) within last 3 years for minimum 20 percent of the tendered quantity against a single order to any Zonal railway or railway PU's shall only eligible for full/bulk order. Other sources may be considered for developmental order, provided the firm submits documentary proof in support of their credentials/satisfactory performance.
OEM or its authroised bidders : OEM and their authorized dealers are eligible for participation. Authorized dealers of OEM must attach tender specific authorization from OEM along with offer. In case offer authorized dealer/agent received without tender specific authorization from OEM/Manufacturer, their offer will be summarily rejected.
ISO certificates : ISO:9001, ISO:45001 and ISO:14001 certification of OEM to be attached with offer. In the absence of ISO certification , offer will be summarily rejected
Stress analysis report or load bearing certificate : Firm to Submit copy of Stress analysis report/Load Bearing Certificate clearly indicating detailed design safe for functional and load requirement of racks as per descrition and drawing attached
