INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply & Fixing LED security light fitting 45 watt, high pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant toughened glass with frame , IP66 protection complete with lamp & connected items and connection with suitabel cabel from ceiling rose to light fitting and fixing on GI pipe bracket made out of suitable dia GI pipe medium grade 1.2 mtr long bent to shape and fixed on wall with flat iron clamps, nut, bolts washer etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB vertical distribution board, 4 way TP , IP 43 protection, factory made sheet steel, phosphates, poweder painted with 200 Amps rates bas bar, 415 volts, neeutral link, earth bar and Din rail singledoor, neutral bar and pan assembly with connecting link and suitable to accomodate one No TP 125 Amps, 35KA, 415 volt MCCB as incomer and MCB SP as outgoings compelte all as specified. Make L&T/legrand/Schneider. (Note: MCBs & MCCBs will be measured and paid separately under respective items)

AC & E/M MISC SERVICES

Supply installation commissioning of water cooler fully stainless steel electric driven single phase having approx storage and nominal cooling capaicty 80/40 LTRS (or nearest higher size) with minimum 3 star rating suitabel for CFC free refrigerant single phase 230 V 50 HZ complete with provn of drain water pipe of suitable dia and accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & install floor/ wall mounted votlage stabilzer for Automaic operation single phase as per BIS 8448: 1989 reaffirmed 2003 air cooled digital disply copper wound indoor type with digital voltmeter & designed for input voltage variation between 140 to 280 volt with output voltage stabized at 230+/- 09% with time delay relay (TDR) of 2 to 3 minutes and high low voltage cut off and of capacity 1 KVA compelte all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charege.

Supply and fix Galvanised iron sheet body desert cooler electric driven (singel phase) 3 speed, 230 V, 950 RPM axial fan type and pumping system having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 Cum per hour (or nearest size) and knob operating system and providing of piano type switch for ON/Off and for pumping system including cooler stand made from angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm frame of appropriate size to fix cooler in window duly painted with two coats over a coat of red oxide compelte all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

SOLAR WATER HEATER

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of solar water heating system based on indirect type with electric back up 6 kw of cap 600 Itr per day at temperature 60 degree centigrade including suitable flat plate collectors ISI marked size 1860 mmx1240mmx100 mm having insulation of rock wool/mineral wool 50 mm thickness at bottom and 25 mm thickness on sides with toughned/ tepered glass of 3.2 mm thick and back sheet of aluminum with hot water storage tank of capacity 600 Itrs or as per having manufacturer recommendations and of 20 gauge thickness stainless steel 304 plate having insulation of PUF 50 mm thick and cladding with color coated Gl sheet 0.4 mm with stand for collector stagging of suitable height (for easy flow of water) for hot water made out of 35x35x4 mm angle iron complete with temperature gauge 0 to 100 degree C, backup heater, PVC cold water tank of capacity 600 Itrs, with necessary ball cock, with MS stands of suitable height for gravity flow of water from cold water to solar hot water tank with necessary civil work as per manufacturers recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

M&L for fabricate, supply and instalation cubic type CPRI approved LT Panel board, outdoor type totaiiy enclosed dust and vermin proof (protection class IP-65) front opening with self locking arrangement made out of MS angle iron frame work 50x50x6mm, MS fiat iron and CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick as per IS 5039 duly painted with powder coated paint of approved shade. The panel shall be suitable for 415 (volts 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and shall be complete with 400 amp capacity copper bus bar, wiring the panel board with suitable size of PVC insulated, multi stranded copper cables and all connected accessories required for functioning of panel board such as thimbles, glands, bolts, nuts, washers etc including necessary earth work for foundation work and foundation PCC with grouting bolts and nuts complete including supply and fixing following accessories:-

Incomings: (a) MCCB, 4 pole, 200 amp current carrying capacity, 50 Hz, 415 volt with rupturing capacity 35 KA – 01 No (incoming) (b) Multi functional digital type meter with 03 Nos CTs of ratio 200/5- No 01 (c) LED type indicator lamp set of red, yellow and blue Set 01 Outgoing (a) MCCB, 4 pole, 160 amp current carrying capacity, 50 Hz, 415 volt with rupturing capacity 25 KA-01 Nos (b) MCCB, 3 pole, 100 amp current carrying capacity, 50 Hz, 415 volt with rupturing capacity 16 KA – 02 Nos (c ) Spare space for incoporating MCB TPN 32 Amps - 01 No. (d) Spare space for incoporating MCB TPN 100 Amps - 01 No.

EXTERNAL WATERSUPPLY

M&L for construction of masonry valve pit of size 100 x 100 x 100 cm (internal dimensions ) depth to reconed from the top of PPC in foundation, including mild steel sheet cover 3mm thick over angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, locking & fixing arrangement and brick work and all inner sides of pit shall be plastered cement mortar (1:4) and including foundation concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using stone aggregate, excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil within 50 metre and cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-O as in coping etc. for sluice valve complete all as shown on drawing and as specified.

DEMOLITION AND DISMENTLING

Taking down the old perished meter board and DBs, MCBs any type by necessary cutting, chasses including disconnecting of in coming and outgoing cable etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the old tube light fitting single / double rod , CFL fitting and bulk head fitting of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down unserviceable service connection / cable of any size from pole / main switch board complete all as specified.

Taking out care fully earthing set complete of any type incl earthing wire / strip complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials / rubbish (other than spoil payable under disposal of earth) out side of MOD land including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed.
