Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, hergs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, purning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers ( whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office in charge ( cost of Good Earth, manure , fertilizer, insecticide pesticide will be provided by the department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material / articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in charge.

Play grounds/Public parks ( Mali for 2.00Acre.)

Providing profuse watering arrangement for lawn/Park at site to make avialable for irrigation i.e. Diesel engien & oil etc, RH Pipe/ Canvas pip & other T&P etc. in the proces of watering submerisible pump & accessories as per direction of officer in charge of work.

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriagge up to 5 k.m lead complete ( Cattele manure measured in stacks will recuced by 8 % for payment

Supplying of chlorpyriphos 20% E.C/ Lindane 20% E.C for anti termite treatment of plants @ 2ml./plant and in the interval 1 month up to one year i.e, 12 times in a year hence it comes 0.24ml/plant or 0.024ltr/plant.
