Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete walls of wall etc or from any other situaton including raking out joints , hacking for key scrubbing , down with water etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm + 5mm) in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Pidilite/Sika

Rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 to the brick/ concrete surfaces in ceiling, finishing the surface even & smooth complete all as specified.

Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 to the brick/ concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over one coat of chalk whiting over a coat primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. Make of Exterior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality]. Make of Exterior Emulsion : Asian (ACE) / Berger (WALMASTA) / Nerolac (SURAKSHA SUPERIOR)

M&L for preparation of newely plaster surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces of external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc including cornices and applying one coat of cement base paint @ 5 sq.m/kg/1 coat by using following brands of cement based paint by roller complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of Cement Paint : Snowcem Plus (Snowcem Paints)

M& L for Waterproof Coating on Internal floor and wall using NITOCOTE CM 210 or equivalent of 2mm thickness and as specified in below steps by auth agency :- a) Surface Preparation: Surface shall be grained manual to ensure free from frost, surface laitance and contamination free from loose aggregate or other sharp protrusions with fairly smooth finish for application of waterproof coating. (b) Priming surface: shall be primed with water and wet the surfaces prior to coating. Any excess water collection shall be removed using sponge ensure for better bonding. (c) System: Providing and applying two coats to achieve minimum 2.0mm thickness, the waterproofing coating shall be of Nitocote CM210 or equivalent as approved by GE, an elastomeric cementations coating. System shall consist of two-component polymer modified cementations coating supplied in pre-packaged form. The product should be designed to be easily mixed on site using a slow speed drill fitted with mixing paddle to apply on substrate using trowel. The cured coating, after immersion, shall be capable of withstanding cracked substrate cyclic movement from 0- 300 - 0 microns at 15°C for 6,000 cycles without failure all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -Charge at all levels. (d) Provide mechanical key : Sand shall be manually broadcast over the second coat immediately to ensure the protective layer shall be bonded to waterproofed coating layer. The rates quoted for this items deemed to be inclusive of all the provisons from (a) to (d) specified here-in-before.

Material & Labour for cutting channel , V groove n exc 15 cm girth in RCC wall and clean the surface by removing dust and unwanted material by air presure to insert nozzle for injecting cement slurry into cracks developed in the wall all as specified and directed by Engineer-In Charge. Note : The work to be executed by auth agency

Material & Labour for treating the “ V ” groove by Sealing the construction joints/cracks with crack sealing cementitious material Renderoc CS or equivalent as approved by GE in writing before incorporation in the work, following by providing injection treatment in the form of pressure grouting to the cold joint by injecting cement slurry mixed with grout admixture like Cebex 100 or equivalent @ 225 gms.per bag of cement or as per manufacture 's instructions in the required consistency through the pre fixed PVC nozzles in the 18 mm dia holes @ 0.5 mtr c/c , fixing of PVC nozzles with Renderoc Plug and final cutting the projected nozzles and sealing off the PVC nozzles after the injection operation is over with Renderoc plug or equivalent, non-shrink rapid setting mortar compound, finishing, curing etc. as per manufacturers specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The work to be executed by auth agency

Material & Labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, wheel guard and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and also including provision of necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' burnt bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L reinforced cement concrete (Design Mix M-25) as in wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Formwork to sideswall, etc. for fair finished flat surfacecomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Mild steel TMT bar 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spaces and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to, as in stirrups, spaces and binders complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint preparation of surfaces (light shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to new surfaces , over a coat of putty thickness vary from 1 to 1.5 mm over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. Make of Interior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality]. Make of Interior Emulsion : Asian (TRACTOR) / Berger (BISON) / Nerolac (BEAUTY SMOOTH)

Demolition of cement concrete (unrenforcement)in ground floors not exc 15 cm in thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : All the demolished material will be disposed off outside the MOD land).

M&L 100 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing.

M&L 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) laid in alternate panel in floorings including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

Supply only plastic dividing strips,1.5 mm thick and 38mm wide inserted in position confirm to design

Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work or brick tiles, laid flat, in floors built in cement mortar, surface channels, roofs, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Flush pointing to brick tiles laid flat as in pavings/Roof in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.
