Sch 'A' Part-II (Internal Water supply) Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for Internal Water supply) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II against the lump sum price inserted by the MES.

Note for Srl No 2 to 11 The percentage above / below the SSR -2020 (part-II) rates shall be derived from the amount quoted by the contractor against Srl No. 2 to 11 by comparing it with the amount inserted / pre- priced by the department and the same shall be applicable for the items of respective schedule

Schedule 'A' Part-XI (Miscellaneous works)

Internal Water supply

Item No 01 : S&F Soap dish of standard size and shape, stainless steel, fixed to plugs with chromium plated brass screws fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 02 : S&F sheet glass shelf assembly consisting of 5.5mm thick sheet glass shelf 12cm wide with chromium plated bracket guard and railing 60cm long Complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 03 : S&F Brass CP pressmatic urinal push cock with necessary fixing arrangements including urinal spreader of suitable size of 15mm bore and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Internal Electric supply

Item No 04 : S & F LED tube light fitting1x20 watt 220 V AC decorative box type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete complete all as specified & directed.

Item No 05 : S & F LED tube light fitting1x18 watt 220 V AC decorative box type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose to LED light, complete complete all as specified & directed.

Item No 06 : S & F 35 watt, 6000K new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED security light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP opening separate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK08 on bldg wall with and including pipe bracket made of G.I tubing 32/40 mm dia bore medium grade ISI marked 1.20m long bent to shape & providing clamps 2 Nos made out of 50 x 6 mm Flat iron/ MS clamps & 12mm dia bolts, nuts & washers etc including painting to all and connecting up with & including twin twisted copper flexible wire from ceiling rose to fittings complete all as specified & directed.

Item No 07 : M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level connect to galvanised earth lead wire of 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel up to 7.5 meter length , 15mm GI pipe heavy grade for protection of GI wire and 20mm GI pipe heavy grade for watering with wire mesh and funnel including connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 40 mm thick RCC cover 1:2:4 mix with 6mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 150 mm c/c both ways etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3, connected to earthing test point complete including testing on completion all as specified.

Item No 08 :M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick directly burried in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50M deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, 40mm bore GI pipe light grade including necessary fittings for protection of earthing strip, watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade, concrete chamber in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm grade aggregate, coping shall be in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm grade aggregate and internal surfaces of concrete chamber shall be given 12mm thick plaster in CM (1:4), funnel with wire gauge of 22 gauge 8 mesh per linear including 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm MS TMT bar @ 75 mm C/C both ways, char coal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) including all necessary excavation & earth work and removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50M and providing connection points with MS/ GI bolts & washers as required and connection from earth test point to earth electrode with same GI earth strip alongwith protection pipe and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- GI strip and protection pipe from earth electrode to test point max upto 7.50M shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates as quoted by the contractor.

External Electric Supply

Item No 09 : M&L cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

(a) 3.5 core x 35 Sqmm

Item No 10 : M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick directly burried in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50M deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, 40mm bore GI pipe light grade including necessary fittings for protection of earthing strip, watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade, concrete chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, coping shall be in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and internal surfaces of concrete chamber shall be given 12mm thick plaster in CM (1:4), funnel with wire gauge of 22 gauge 8 mesh per linear including 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm MS TMT bar @ 75 mm C/C both ways, char coal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) including all necessary excavation & earth work and removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50M and providing connection points with MS/ GI bolts & washers as required and connection from earth test point to earth electrode with same GI earth strip alongwith protection pipe and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Item No 11 : Supply installation testing and Commissioning CPRI APPROVED factory fabricated outdoor type, LT feeder PILLAR BOX of size not less than 2 m width x 1 m height x 0.5 m depth made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with projected Globe roof for rain water protection, dust and vermin proof, double door with both side opening including Neoprene Rubber Gasket, suitable for 440 Volt 3 phase 4 wire system , including danger plate. CHECK DAM

Item No 12 : M & L HDPE geomembrane liner of thickness 3 mm and joint with hot melt welding equipment with over lap 100 mm at each joint, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 13 : M & L 150 mm bore HDPE (High density poly ethylene pipes) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed / laid in trenches , complete all as specified and directed.
