Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C) any section, including taking out embedded in concrete and masonry portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/ disintegrated rock, each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distanc n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling & mass concrete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Supply only chain link fencing will measured and paid separately.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Fixing only chain link fencing, steel round bars for protection will measured and paid separately.

S&F galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) including taking down existing unserviceable barbed wire of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red- oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L Mild steel Round bars Fe-410-W (Gde- E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when uncon?nected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10cm width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exceeding 20mm & dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling Jodhpur type brought up to courses complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:4 & finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L perpartion new plastered surfaces applying two coat of cement base paint over one coat of primer including filling up of holes with putty wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing & finished the surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Pattern of interlocking tile to be rubber moulded or equivalent as approved by GE. (ii) Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed inclusive of PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) packing and finished even and fair to the sides of pavement.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, with admixture of white and grey cement in equal proportion and no pigment jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic Exterior grade tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM (1:6) including dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to stores and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 35mm thick precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in louvers or jallies (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling existing trellis work (Jafri) one way complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Post and rails shall be measured separately.)

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping incuding necessary form work, weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angle treating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) laid in alternative bays as in plinth protection including finishing the surface even & fair & filling the joints with mastic filling i.e one part of bitumen 85/25 and 3 parts of sand by weight all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L mild steel rolled Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A with dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zine coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50mm thick any colour having tensile strenght 550Mpa in roof coverings fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) The fixing of Galvalume roof sheet as in sun-shades & in walls at certain places to be fixed by making of grooves cutting 75mm minimum with making good surface are inlcuded in the cost of item itself. No extra cost shall be paid for the same. (ii) The pattern and design of sunshades to be fixed as per directions of Engr-in-charge.
